Physical Description
The first thing most people would notice about Alura is that she has green skin, making it quite apparent that she's a plant-based creature. The next thing most people would notice is that her lower body-- roughly from the thighs down-- is encased in a large pink flower of some sort. If she's encountered at night, she will have that flower closed up over her whole body to sleep, and may be mistaken for an ordinary (if ridiculously large) flower.
Alura has a pair of smaller pink flowers on her head as well. Her hair is blonde and her eyes are red. She tends to cover her chest and groin with a few small leaves, just large enough to hide the "naughty bits".
Alura is able to extend a number of vines from her flower, either smooth or thorny depending what she needs them for. She tends to extend roots into the ground overnight, or when she expects not to have to move for an extended period of time, allowing her to gather water and nutrients directly from the soil, and making it difficult (though by no means impossible) for others to move her against her will.
If one were able to get a look inside Alura's flower, they would see that she actually has legs going down into the flower, though her feet sort of blend straight into the base of the flower. This makes walking very difficult for her, so when she needs to move around, she tends to either hop along, or extend several vines from the base of her flower and use those like spider legs to carry herself forward. Using vines lets her move more swiftly, but tires her out faster than simply hopping. It is possible for her to separate her feet from her flower, but while separated, she cannot take energy from the flower, extend vines from it, or otherwise control it, so she rarely does this.
As a flower creature, Alura technically has both male and female parts (stamen and pistil, respectively), enabling her to breed with those of either gender. The male parts (stamen), however, are kept in some of her smoothest vines, not on her main body, and unless you saw (or felt) them releasing their reproductive material, you would be hard-pressed to tell they weren't just particularly smooth vines. The female parts (pistil) are where one would expect from her humanoid figure, and easily identifiable.

Abilities
Photosynthesis: Perhaps the most obvious of her abilities, Alura, being a plant creature, can gather all the energy she needs to survive from the sun. She does not need to eat to live, though she will start to feel sluggish and lethargic if she goes for too long without actual food. She tends to get tired as soon as the sun goes down as well, though a particularly large meal could keep her awake for several hours after dusk. If deprived of sunlight for an extended period, she can still survive just on food, though if deprived of both light AND food, she will start to wilt before too long.
Pheromone spray: The two smaller flowers on Alura's head hold a very sweet-smelling powder. Alura can open these up to release the powder into the air, drawing in potential prey. Those who smell it will feel the urge to approach (though this urge can be resisted). The larger the dose one receives relative to their size, the harder it becomes to resist the aluring scent. The powder will remain in the air for about 15-20 minutes after being released, whether or not Alura remains in the area. She has to be careful how much to release at once, though, and how long to remain in the area, as the scent can also draw in larger predators, ones that might be interested in making a snack out of HER...
Growth spurt: When faced with a large opponent, be they predator or prey, Alura can use energy stored up inside her body to force herself to grow, either gradually or in on rapid burst. This makes her taller, stronger, and fills out her bust and hips. The more energy she releases at once, the greater the effects, with no known limit to how large she can become, provided there's room for her to expand into. However, the effects will wear off over time, and the larger she makes herself, the harder it is for her to maintain that size. She has to be careful in deciding how big to make herself, as once she stops growing, she cannot release a second burst of energy until the effects of the first burst have worn off. In addition to this, when the effects DO wear off, Alura doesn't simply return to her standard 9'9. She shrinks down past that, proportionally to how big she had made herself grow, and is stuck at that smaller size until her energy recharges... which, again, takes longer the more of it she used in growing. Anyone or anything trapped inside her body or flower will be forcibly reduced in size as well. Items in her hands or vines may or may not be shrunk down, depending how tightly they are gripped (if your character is caught in her hands/vines, it's your call whether they shrink down, break free, or shrink partway and then break free).
Self-reduction: Alura can choose to intentionally shrink herself down, in order to conserve energy and make herself harder for predators to spot, or to enable someone she trusts to more easily move her. There is no known limit to how small she can make herself, but she almost never shrinks herself below one inch in height, for reasons that are hopefully obvious. She can end the self-reduction at any time, provided she has room to return to size.
Floral conversion: If Alura manages to draw someone up into her womb, she can numb their body and break it down into genetic material, then use that material to create a new seed, either by pumping her own genetic material in with a vine, or by allowing a third party to fill her womb. Either way, the resulting offspring will be a reborn version of the one so digested, with a few plant aspects added. She can then use energy of the sort that fuels her growth spurts to help the newly sprouted child quickly grow back to the same physical age they were before being unbirthed, or a younger age if desired. Alura only tends to do this with people she likes, and who like her. In other words, it's generally only done with willing parties... though exceptions could be made.

Personality
Alura has a very friendly demeanor, always smiling, giggling whenever she finds something amusing. She likes to exchange greetings with the people she meets, and call them by name, even ones that she sees only as prey. It feels more personal that way.
If you're drawn in by her pheromones, that means she's looking for something from you. Most likely, she's looking to have herself a snack, though she occasionally lures people in simply to chat or play with. Due to the risk of drawing in predators, though, she doesn't do this often.
If you come across Alura on your own, without being drawn in, she's much less likely to be thinking about food, and much more likely to prefer a simple chat, maybe a bit of fun.
A word of warning: if you pick flowers in front of her, she's going to be cross. She might not show it on her face right away, but she's going to be a lot harder to talk out of eating you if she's seen you "killing" her "cousins".

2018-01-15: RoseDraken found Alura in the park, and helped her find shelter from the cold. As thanks for her kindness, Alura unbirthed Rose and regrew her in a new, flowery form.
2018-01-15: Alura released some pheromones to draw in prey. Mayelin was lured in, and after a friendly chat, the innocent girl was shocked to find herself being made into plant food. Attempts to convince Alura not to swallow her failed, though she was briefly let out into her mom's flower garden after Alura had shrunk back down.
2018-01-15/16: Chris, a.k.a. The_Ex, found the most beautiful flower he'd ever seen. His attempts to flirt with Alura made her laugh, but she gave him a chance to attempt sexual stimulation anyway. When he proved unable to sufficiently satisfy her, she made a meal out of him.
2018-01-16/17/18: Alura found Alice_TheOrphan practicing her energy manipulation in the woods. Enticed by the scene, Alura struck up a friendly conversation with her, and got to see more of her abilities. Upon learning of her energy-boosting abilities, Alura decided to claim the girl for her own. Alice tried to resist, but when Alura threatened to kill those who would keep them apart, she quickly gave in. However, she continued trying to find ways to escape, and just about managed to get away from Alura during a particularly intense struggle.
Alura used her growth ability to turn the tables once more, snatching her back up. After a derisive comment about her mommy teaching her not to do things like that, Alura was shocked to hear that Alice had no mother. This caused the plant girl to see Alice in a new light, and feel sympathy for her. Alura considered adopting Alice... but the human city doesn't look kindly on alraunes visiting them. Can she even get to the orphanage? Does she even really want to?
2018-01-16/17: Alura lured in Student_Harry with her pheromones. He managed to talk her out of eating him, in exchange for helping her reproduce. After reducing her size a little, so Harry would be better able to stimulate her, Alura enjoyed the sexual stimulation, and rewarded him with a seed from her womb. She then shrank herself further and allowed him to carry her wherever he liked. Harry chose to take her to a pleasant little stream, in an area with plenty of sunlight, an area Alura found quite pleasing. He then left to head back home, but promised to visit her again soon.
2018-01-16: C0llier stumbled upon Alura's bud, just as she was waking up. She soon proceded to make a snack out of him.
2018-01-16: Lotusflower came across Alura while she was catching some rays. She allowed him to examine her body nice and thoroughly, even up into her womb. With his permission, she then digested him with her womb and created a seed, out of which he sprouted anew.
2018-01-16/17: Megan_Infusbane came upon Alura's bud while out jogging, about an hour before sunrise. Alura woke as her bud was examined, and decided to hang out with the girl, to pass the time until sunrise. Megan was dumbstruck by the girl's size, her eyes fixating on Alura's groin on particular, which led Alura to happily take her inside and rebirth her as a flower girl. Megan forgot her previous life, and embraced her new one whole-heartedly.
2018-01-16: Alura took a visit to Amazonia_World, where she lured in a young demi faun named Dusk. After distracting her by letting her eat a few leaves, Alura happily gobbled her down.
2018-01-16: Alura lured in Carissa_, but the snake girl crawling all around her threw her off her game. She wasted an extra large growth spurt on trying to intimidate and grab the snake, and failed to gulp her down before it wore off. After a bit of accidental unbirthing, the two became... friends? Alura nicknamed the snake "Carrie".
2018-01-16/17: Asani took on a quest to slay a vicious plant monster... but Alura's disarming smile and pleasant nature made her lower her guard somewhat. She remained wary enough to strike first when Alura tried to snag her with her vines, but wasn't expecting the girl to suddenly double in size. Alura eventually managed to catch her, but was talked into sharing a sexual experience with her instead of eating her, and leaving on friendly terms. Asani then spent a few rounds climbing around inside Alura's pistil, bringing her intense sexual satisfaction.
2018-01-16/19/29: Alura found Bael picking flowers in the woods, and drew him in with her pheromones so she could take revenge. She grew to an enormous size, and dropped him into her flower before the growth wore off, then replanted what he'd picked. She toyed with him for some time, stuffing him into her womb for about a week to marinate, then swallowing him down and letting him digest nice and slowly.
His use of defensive magic allowed him to survive well past when most would have perished, even after Alura buried him beneath huge chunks of fruit, and drank enough water to remove every bit of air from her belly. After a long, torturous month of digestion, Alura finally absorbed the last of Bael's life, and used his own magic to reform him back in his bed. The moment Bael stepped outside, he was snagged by vines, and the punishment continued.
2018-01-19: Deon came across Alura, who had recently finished a big meal and was feeling friendly. He asked for directions back to town, but Alura offered to let him stay there in the woods indefinitely instead. She suggested he become a flower like her. He accepted, and she rebirthed him as a plant person. Deon then suggested the two of them could have children, which Alura happily consented to. After producing their first seed, Alura allowed Deon to climb back into her womb and spend the night there, on his request.
2018-01-22: Alura lured in AliceKitsune for a snack. She was surprised at how eager the girl was to help feed her, even turning down an offer to become her daughter instead because she thought Alura would need the energy. Upon hearing that the flower girl could survive off photosynthesis alone, Alice felt betrayed, and griped about being stuck in Alura's belly. Alura managed to let her out before she dissolved too much, though, and rebirthed her into a lovely new flower.
2018-01-22: Adriana, a.k.a. Vorechic, came across Alura while she was eating another person. Fascinated by the sight, Adriana offered herself up as prey. Alura accepted, but proposed to use her "lower mouth" instead, and digest her with her womb, since her belly was full. Adriana agreed to this, and was rebirthed into a beautiful new Ronnie_Flowergirl.
2018-01-29: Mira_Minoru came upon Alura, and they became fast friends. Mira expressed an interest in taking Alura home with her, or staying there with her. Alura decided to go with the latter, offering to rebirth Mira as a flower. Mira happily accepted, and was soon transformed into a yellow-flowered version of Alura... with Mira's busty figure. (Alura's slightly envious.)
2018-01-29: Kitsy_Yuri fell in love with Alura's cuteness. He showered her with praise and flattery, though he tried to remain polite, and avoid looking over her effectively nude form. One thing led to another, and he ended up inviting her back to his estate. Alura shrank down to about 3 feet tall so he could carry her there, the new size making her look even cuter, and pleasing Yuri even more. After bringing her back to his estate, the two bonded nicely.

2018-05-08: Alura finally found time for another scene! Student_Harry revisited her, and, upon hearing that she hadn't eaten anything in a long time, took her to the woods just outside a nearby human settlement so she could hunt. Her pheromones got the better of him, though, and he ended up engaging in intimate acts with her, culminating in his rebirth as a small, youthful alraune named Alraune_Berry. Alura then spent some time teaching him all about his new body.
2018-05-08: Minny_Magica smelled Alura's pheromones, and eagerly investigated. The size of her hair-hands gave Alura pause at first, but after sharing a nice sexual experience with her, Alura asked her a bit more about them, and learned that those hair-hands had their weaknesses. She enlarged in an attempt to eat Minny, but Minny misinterpreted and started climbing up into her womb instead... which Alura was fine with, deciding to rebirth the girl.
2018-05-08: Kitsy_Yuri brought Alura some water, and watched her sprinkle it all over herself in an intentionally erotic manner. Things didn't proceed far from there, though, due to the player having to leave.
