Amelia MacFaoitigh is a devout follower of the Goddess of Peace, and holds dear to her heart the tenet that those who wish for tranquility must be ever prepared for war. The Pacifist Ecclesiarchy has several orders of nunhood for young women who wish to serve the goddess' ideals and of these Amelia is a Sister of the Modernized and Honorable Order of Compassionate and Gentle Persuasion*. Nuns of the Goddess of Peace are taught to exemplify the virtues of Obedience, Temperance, Discipline, Firmness, and (specific to sisters of Amelia's persuasion) Firepower. The girl herself has always been something of a hothead and perhaps her parents approved of her request to join the Order in the hopes that the strict discipline of the sisterhood would temper her impulses with restraint.

Standing at 162 cm tall (or roughly 5' 4" in freedom units) and weighing a petite 51 kg (112 lbs), the enthusiastic nineteen year-old sports long, straight platinum silver hair and ruby red eyes. She often wears the tight, body-hugging standard habit of the Pacifist nun in public: a black and white polyester blouse with loose wrist-length sleeves, collar, wimple, open hood, sash, and a loose layered skirt over nylon hose and pumps. While often shown posing with firearms in pamphlets and advertising, Pacifist Sisters are normally not seen carrying weapons in public and their use is subject to the rules laid down by the Peacemaker's Codex. Chastity and modesty are not part of the Goddess' code; Amelia has had a series of boyfriends, and one suspects that part of the appeal of the Peaceful Religion springs from the ubiquity of attractive young girls able to materialize an arsenal of firearms.

Gun, you see, is not an object wielded by the Pacifists but rather a spell cast on the authority of the Goddess. Rather than bidding her followers remain encumbered by clumsy implements of war useful only in conflict, the Goddess allows her adherents to materialize her weapons with magic. Thusly, Amelia casts "Gun" as a spell rather than loading the ammunition and pulling the trigger herself, causing the corresponding weapon to materialize, discharge, and vanish. As acolytes ascend in rank through the Order of Persuasion, they are granted access to increasingly powerful and sophisticated weapons from the Eternal Arsenal (with living saints able to call upon the Unlimited Gunworks itself). Title 15, chapters 1-1010 of the Peacemaker's Codex lay down the rules under which Gun may be cast, although few sisters bother to read beyond the most important sections.

Modern society being what it is, the Goddess advocates for the right of her worshipers to defend themselves and their loved ones even if secular laws are in disagreement. Although the Goddess of Peace has every conceivable weapons known to man (and many which aren't) in the Eternal Arsenal, Sisters of Persuasion are strictly limited to firearms. This has caused occasional problems in the past (is a Gunblade "strictly" a permissible firearm or also a forbidden sword?), litigation of which fills much of the Peacemaker's Codex with case law. More immediately, members of society are enjoined to treat Sisters of Persuasion with respect and deference since they make sacrifices to keep the peace (and are always considered armed).

Unlike some of her more serious colleagues, Amelia enjoys going to parties and having a good time with her secular friends, and she's still enrolled in worldly college instead of pursuing higher education at one of the ecclesiarchal institutions. She gossips about games, fashions, and boys, and eagerly anticipates being able to legally drink. She doesn't take her official duties and responsibilities too fastidiously, and has been known to disregard well-meaning advice from her superiors (such as "never finger gun a non-Pacifist; they don't understand religious humor"). Due to certain incidents in which she was involved, she is also limited to strictly non-lethal* weapons and ammunition from the Eternal Arsenal. But why let a few demerits on her disciplinary record affect her sunny outlook?

* Or so the Sisters claim.



Some spells she knows:
Magnom: Sister Amelia materializes a handgun which fires a single non-lethal round straight ahead. The first living target struck by this bullet will be appropriately resized and instantly teleported into her stomach. Lacks friend-or-foe discernment.

Divine Magnom Peacemaker: Same as above, except the gunshot victim is teleported into the stomach of the Goddess instead to face her judgment.

Breastetta: A popular handgun spell which fires a single non-lethal round straight ahead which is NOT subject to ordinary bullet drop. Teleports the target into the Sister's breast and is authorized only for female use. Firearm caliber denotes the approximate cup size padding which should ensue (e.g., a Breastetta 90A-C should add roughly 2-4 cm to cup size). Available in multiple calibers depending on local measurement convention.

AR-15: Materializes a rifle which looks intimidating and makes menacing sounds when fired, but shoots no actual ammunition. The discerning Pacifist Sister's weapon of choice for custom decorating.

Glockdown I&E: This handgun fires a single non-lethal round straight ahead which teleports the first living target into a stomach chamber within the grip. I&E standing for "Ingest and Expectorate", victims are released after being digested for a set period of time (for example, a Glockdown I&E .75 holds its target for 3/4ths of an hour). Targets may be set free early by a Sister, but cannot be released by any individual who does not have the Goddess' authority.

M-16: This powerful automatic rifle was first released by the Goddess for the use of her faithful in quelling the Kemple rebellion. It features both short-burst and fully automatic fire modes. Targets struck by a round endure the painful sensation of being chewed upon by sixteen phantasmal mouths until the ordeal ends. Primarily a psychological weapon, no known cases of physical injury have been reported to the Sisterhood of Persuasion.

Snip and Rescue: Primarily a support spell, the S&R fires in a straight line and teleports the first target hit into the Sister's womb. Unlike most firearm spells, the S&R is an instant hitscan spell which is not subject to bullet drop or flight time. Has friend-or-foe capability and is not stopped by cover. Warning: do not misspell as S&W; Sisters aren't amused when secular civilians call it a "Wescue."

Sig Spooger: Fires a straight round which teleports the victim into the scrotum of a male member of the harem of the Goddess of Peace. Trapped gunshot victims may be dissolved, ejaculated, or divinely packed into a cartridge and fired.



OOC Stuffs:
- Made on a whim since I wanted a gun-toting girl with unlimited cosmic ammunition. Don't take her too seriously - I don't.
- She probably likes doing kinky things with her firearms.
- There are other Sisters who dabble in other implements of Peace, such as swords, axes, tanks, jets, and mechagirls.
- There are gun maids, gun courtesans, gunvangelists and more in the ecclesiarchy too. The Goddess of Peace is a highly tolerant and understanding individual who welcomes all modes of service.
- Setting is flexible. I can also play her as manifesting other weapons or tools, depending on the scene.
