Anita was once an angel up in heaven. She loved her Father and thought that he loved her as well. It wasn't until He created Earth and all of its inhabitants that she started to have doubts, which were only further egged on by her older brother, Lucifer, who had begun very openly objecting to this chain of events.

It was he who asked Anita and all of their siblings how many of them had seen their Father's face... Only a very small group of angels had ever been permitted to see His face... How could they claim that He loved them when He wouldn't show Himself to them?

Anita had lived her whole life thinking that she was loved, so the idea that her Father didn't even care enough about her to even speak directly to her had been heart-wrenching. She, along with many others left Heaven with Lucifer, thinking that this act would bring about changes in Heaven. Instead, the gates were closed to them and their once shining, bright essences were corrupted into something darker.

Anita roamed the earth for a few hundred years, taking the form of a human like all of her other siblings did. She had just begun to find herself at home again; she met a man called Zacharias and they fell in love. She married him and then she, of course, was with child. It was only a couple of weeks until it was to be born when some of the remaining Angels were sent down to cleanse the earth of their fallen brethren as well as the humans that had so slighted their Creator by associating with these Fallen.

Anita watched as one of her younger siblings so willingly and gleefully snuffed out the life of her beloved Zacharias, as well as several others from the village in which they were living. Anita was forced to watch, powerless, as the innocent child within her was obliterated by beings she once called her family. That was the day Anita decided she hated all things Holy. That was the day that Hell was created and she was condemned.

Anita worked in Hell for thousands of years, torturing the souls of the damned, returning to Earth and "borrowing" bodies to cause problems for people, making deals with desperate humans that wanted more out of their world than what was given to them in exchange for their souls. She did her job, but always loved the feeling of being able to be corporeal in the fresh air.

She did her best to bury her sorrow from losing her family and thought she would be okay. Until she met a certain Kriia, who was a newly formed demon that Anita was put in charge of looking after. The young soul looked up to her and the two quickly became like sisters, much to Anita's internal dismay. Anita never really cared for Kriia, but she knew having a new "sister" underling would benefit her in the long run, and it did...

Because nearly three thousand years later, Vaako, Anita's sister from Heaven, escaped from the confines of Hell for good after creating her own body. This was the chance Anita had been looking for. Together, she and Kriia worked to replicate the spell that Vaako had used in order to get their own bodies and go topside together. Anita would find out the ingredients, Kriia would collect them. The only problem was, Anita had lied to Kriia and told her that she was collecting enough for the both of them, when in all actuality, the foolish younger demon was only collecting enough for Anita's own spell.

Anita easily lied to Kriia and used her loyalty to her advantage, and it worked so well, after which she left her "sister" behind without looking back. Little did Anita know, this act would sew a seed of hatred for her in Kriia that may eventually come back to bite her.
