Backstory

There is something to be said of humans. Only humans could look at one race in its entirety and believe they are some of the most dangerous and frightening beings in existence, then look at a thoroughly similar race and see them as being docile, strong, and yet gentle beauties.

I am speaking of the schism that happens with Arachne (Driders) and Centaur. The Arachne, though they have rather lurid mating practices and require acid to eat their food, are rather brittle...frail and frankly docile. Centaurs and Centauresses especially are actually a thousand times more dangerous then an arachne could ever be, be it through accident or purposeful actions on their part.

Caterine -has- kicked a few people to know of this fact. Granted, they slapped her on the flank, so they sort of deserved it, but after being exiled from her homeland after the fourth person sent to the hospital, she pretty well realized her hooves were dangerous weapons. I'm getting ahead of myself though.

Caterine lived a normal life. She lived in Aberdeen right up till she had to leave at age 20. She grew up on a farm, mostly helping with the tending of the cattle, or helping the farmers down the road with their cider-apple trees. Naturally, she balanced this with school, but she at least had a fair bit of spending cash. Her parents were fairly nice folks, having a Centauress mother and a human father. Which, may I add, does not make her any less centauress. Centaurs have dominance in genes, so anyone who breeds with them will bear a centauress. Nevertheless, she went to school, got her business degree...and -then- was kicked out.

She had a few choices, but she ended up traveling to America. Because her father was still a US citizen, having been a member of the military and working at the US embassy, she was able to come in as a citizen right away with little issue. She took little time to establish a business in a rather small city, if only because she knew her way around every human contraption that was needed to start a farm. Granted, she wanted a simple life, and it came to her with ease, even if many pursued her for every reason under the sun. Beauty, wealth, fiery disposition, being a centauress of a pure breed. She's turned them all away so far.

Personality

She's fairly no nonsense. She doesn't put up with people fucking with her, or being treated like a farm animal. She does try to take care of herself, mind you, but she is a tidbit of a tomboy when it comes to her mannerisms, and she has called someone a 'stupid fucking cunt' to their face. Granted, they were joking about putting a bit in her mouth and riding her through town.

First rule, NEVER joke about riding her.

If you don't manage to piss her off, she's a fairly nice girl. She can have the mouth of a sailor at times, but she tends to be rather nice. Granted, she's a little more receptive toward females, but don't let that scare you off.

Fun Facts

* Her store is a little bit like a hardware store meets a garden store. Yes, she has the large stock of seeds and grains, along with heavy equipment, but she keeps them off site from the store generally and does most of it through phone and internet ordering these days.

*She brews Hard apple cider as a hobby with apple trees from a hobby farm and sells bottles of it in her store. Very sweet, with a spicy afternote.

*She spends a -lot- of time on her appearance. Her 'socks' are always pure white, her coat is always silky smooth and her hair is just as silky and wavy. She is a natural ginger up top as well, before you ask.

*Yes, she walks around like that. No, she doesn't have anything covering her hind quarters except for her tail. No, it's not in your best interest to lift it unless you want to be kicked.

*Her favorite food is oranges. Surprised? She has a penchant for the citrus fruit more than anything.
