That's the philosophy one Claire "Double Tap" Duevolte believes in strongly. In her eyes, anything worth doing is worth doing twice. Especially putting a slug through monstrous creatures.

As a Hunter of Horrors, it's Claire's job to track down the evil of this world and purify it. To do this, Claire has endured intense training and armed herself with powerful tools.

Claire's physical strength is actually rather lacking, as she prefers to let her trusty double-barreled shotgun do the heavy lifting for her. Enchanted to fire Holy rounds, her main weapon is more than enough for most problems. Of course, this really only work on creatures of evil malicious intent, so she's a bit out of luck against neutral and good opponents. But they wouldn't attack her, right?

Her speed, however, is a dangerous thing to come up against. This is especially true when you mix in her flexibility, which comes together in a beautiful display of deadly precision. The explosive force of her shotgun blasts can be used to propel her around in combat for surprise maneuvers.

Don't underestimate this gal.

"The unknown is out there, and I'm gonna know it!"

Plucky and eager for adventures that can't be explained with boring logic, Claire is the President, founding member, and only member of her hometown's Paranormal Investigation Club. She's very friendly and eager to talk to/interrogate anyone she suspects might have a lead on any hidden secrets.

She can't resist a mystery or myth, jumping headfirst into trouble more often than not because of this. Of course, to defend herself, she has her trusty double-barrel boomstick! Shotgun! Whatever! It was made for her by a genius friend of hers and shoots non-lethal(She thinks anyway) super-charged electric nets! The super-charged electro-net's effects on Spirits seem to vary from case to case.

Smile for the Camera, Claire's gotta snap a picture of the most memorable oddities, mysteries, and unusualties! That's... that's a word, right? Will you make the scrapbook!?

Claire is your average gal, a junk food enthusiast and a reader of manga. She enjoys cosplaying as her OC "St. Duevolte the Demon Slayer" on the weekends and is quite proud of her handmade model shotgun. It doesn't actually fire live ammunition, but it does fire silver confetti and glitter, which is really cool too!

You can often find Claire busy at work improving her costume or working on comissions for others to pay for food and internet, a girl's gotta have the basics, right?
