An alt of
CE_Hunter, who on his first, last, and only appearance was a multidimensional conqueror who demanded women as sacrifice and acted with enough ham to end world hunger. He wasn't particularly popular.
A reworking of the character is happening now, casting him as an insane serial killer with delusions of grandeur as a favor to a friend who's into that sort of thing.
Either interpretation of this guy will be pulled out upon request, but odds are he won't be around without provocation anytime soon.
