Duska

"I'm not a goth. I just happen to like black and white and a little purple, okay?"

Currently wearing her usual croptop and miniskirt.

Duska looks fairly outlandish, and why not? Don’t those goth chicks all look a bit odd. Her black hair is pulled into a tight braid, looped once at the back of her head and pinned into place with a decorative Japanese-style doohickey. She is most often found to be wearing a tight black sleeveless croptop with a little purple dragon logo on the left breast, the size of the garment showing that she is certainly well enough endowed. Going along with this is a black leather miniskirt, just barely reaching mid-thigh- or, alternately, a set of leather pants with repeating white straps around the thighs. She wears immense black combat boots, with huge silvery-metal buckles instead of laces, and a pair of black fingerless gloves. Her skin is very pale, bordering on white, and she wears a fair bit of black eyeshadow, and black lipstick.

Despite all this, she loudly denies accusations of gothhood. According to Duska herself, she just likes the clothing, and she has never claimed to be a goth. In fact, she tends to render ‘real’ goths into pincushions on sight, apparently irritated by them.

It isn't until one gets close that they notice her other predominant feature- Duska is a catgirl- a nekomusume. Her ears, triangular and black, reach up in large, rounded triangles from nearly the crown of her head, and swivel like those of any self-respecting catgirl. Unlike some, who she disdains, she has only feline ears. Her tail, long, soft, and black-furred, swishes whenever she's feeling... well... nearly anything, really. And she has those cute little fangs that most catgirls seem to have.

Duska is most definitely not a goth, well able to look on the bright side of things, and possessed of an occasionally downright bizarre sense of humor. She enjoys making people laugh, though she can also be brooding and thoughtful- but that rarely lasts long. She's even kind to strangers. Usually. Occasionally, she shows flashes of a charbroiling temper, but they never last long. Mostly, she just exists, and doesn't see much reason to make a bother of herself.

If all in all she gives the image of a capricious and whim-ridden young lady, then that is probably what she is. At least she’s not taken to moping and moaning about life. A lot like a housecat, really.

On occasion, she will wear a different top, much like her usual one, but instead of a purple dragon on the breast, the dragon logo is bigger and on the center of the back, and the front of the shirt will bear the phrase: "Not Your Kitty" in large, friendly purple block letters.

Duska often carries around a longbow, and there is a quiver built onto the outside of the right thigh of her leather skirt or pants (whichever she's wearing at the moment), usually full of arrows. She tries to avoid using the bow unless absolutely neccessary, though.
