Name: Egbert Bun (called Egg)
Species: (Easter) Buneary

Egbert Bun is an Easter-loving Buneary who is almost always found hiding his special colored eggs wherever is convenient. Almost all the eggs he hides are plastic, and if somebody finds one and opens it up, they'll get a surprize! Some are good for the finder, others are good for "Egg" as he likes to be called; others are just plain bad.

Good surprizes for the finder may be:
-Candy (always a pleasant surprize!)
-Money (small-denomination coins, mostly)
-A whistle, or other small toy.

Good surprizes for Egg may be:
-A shrinking for the finder. Egg will make a beeline to them, and eat them. (This 'bun isn't a vegetarian, y'know!)
-A ray that turns the finder *into* candy, sort of like a Majin-buu thing.
-A ray that teleports the finder directly into Egg's stomach.

Bad surprizes may be:
-A non-lethal explosion. It won't hurt the finder, but it'll blacken their face with soot.
-A teleportation ray which brings the finder to a monster's lair, or worse; ˅
-A monster to the finder.

All the surprizes that aren't good for the finder are mostly harmless pranks. They'll either wear off after a while, or, if the victim gets eaten, they will ALWAYS come back.

However, these eggs and other related "powers" are only usable for him either in Spring, or close to it. The further the current date is from a Spring month, the weaker his powers will be. They are especially strong on Easter, and especially weak in Autumn months.
This is not to say he'd be defenseless in those months, though; he has trained in fighting, to be especially strong if and when he evolves. He can really SMACK someone with his ears if he needs to!

The basket he carries was a present from his Mom, and he can't handle losing it.
All the eggs he creates himself have contents that he'll ALWAYS know, but booping his nose makes random eggs appear near him. Even HE doesn't know what's in those, so open one at your own risk!
If he so chooses, he can make a plastic egg designed after any certain pokemon egg. If thrown at the feet of a creature, they'll become the corresponding pokemon. The luster of the transformation egg determines how long the creature will remain transformed; the shinier it is, the longer it'll last, and a permanent transformation egg will sparkle as if it had glitter on it. However, he'll only transform someone permanently if they accept it, and it must be at least close to Easter for him to even make a permanent one.
He has a brother named Edward (called Ed) and a mother(Lopunny) named Esmerelda (Es) His father (also an Ed) is no longer around.
His Brother Ed has a cute scarf that he's attached to as much as Egg is to his basket, and a homemade spiral notebook that he loves writing in. (The scarf was the last thing his father left him, and the notebook was a birthday gift from Egg.)
Ed's preferred way of greeting other buneary is by intertwining ears; i.e. twisting them together. Buneary ears are flexible, so he thinks "why not?". Plus, he likes how it feels.
As a result of being around Egg's father so long, Es can ALWAYS see through Egg's transformation spells, which annoys Egg to no end.
