Elisa appears to be a Cybernetically Enhanced Hybrid Human; She has been seen using inhuman levels of strength, speed, endurance, and fore-sight.
From eye witness reports, she appears to have a level of 'magic' about her, she can manipulate electronics from varrying distances and effect. We are currently unsure as to how it works, but is assumed it is something to do with her eyes.
She has combat training in the form or various material arts and in both small and large weapons fire. If armed, suggested to take down at long distances, due to her 'magic'.

Elisa Saber is a cybernetically enhanced Elf. Yes. An Elf. It is odd that a Sci-Fi styled character is like this, but this is a
JaredHale alt we are talking about here.
She is essentially what happens when a scientist gets a hold of Elven DNA, has an incredible supply of biomechanical and cybernetic enhancements laying around, has massive amounts of free time, has a hyper intelligent mind, and has a grudge against the Government.
Elisa is capable of being a predator due to her enhancements and her synthetic digestive system. Hyper efficient and capable of dealing with human sized meals.
