Gender: Male
Species: Rabbit God (Darkness type)
General Location(s): Mudoloka - A dimension of eternal darkness and a sealed off section to the Yomi no Kuni (the nethermost region of the known universe).
Basic Overview
An eon old god of darkness whose true form and appearance was robbed from him thanks to a run in with a powerful shrine priestess. The legend goes that when the Goddess of All created the known universe several elder deities were created along with it. One of these beings was Erebos, God of Darkness and Evil. During this time, Erebos was far different than what he was now, in appearance that is, his form being immense hideous and so incomprehensible that the very concept of his being drowned many in madness. However despite his power and a size that was able to blanket an entire galaxy's worth of the cosmos in an unrelenting darkness, Erebos never received any followers or faith. Sure there were a few cults that worshiped him...but, those were so small that the number of members could be counted on a hand. Erebos grew jealous of the other elder gods who had so many followers and faith from humans and eventually sought to gain followers the only way he knew how; by causing chaos and destruction. His damning influence would soon reach Earth where his power drenched the world in darkness and brought about what was known as 'The Dark Era'. Those who submitted to his rule became his followers, those who didn't were devoured or killed. It was a flawless plan by Erebos, but a policy that would eventually result in his downfall.
Years after his takeover of Earth (and many other worlds within the cosmos), a shrine maiden, one who is believed to be an ancestor of the powerful miko Asakari Yasukawa, stepped forth to oppose him. The shrine maiden challenged Erebos, on the grounds of liberating the humans and many others in the cosmos of his evil hold, something the elder god believed she could never do on her own power as a mere mortal. That said, the arrogant god accepted her challenge, believing that even with her powers over things holy he could easily erase this foolish human from existence. He was mistaken. After a long and violent battle, the miko finally managed to corner Erebos and struck the final blow that would destroy his body and practically all of his power, transforming him into what he's seen as today. After his defeat, the miko cast him into the Yomi no Kuni where he was sealed away in one of the vast caverns using the power of a Keystone.
Eons have passed and, thanks to some pranksters, the keystone was damaged enough to let Erebos free himself. Are we doomed to suffer his vengeance? Eh...probably not. He's not as powerful as he was back in the day, after all...especially in THAT form. Erebos currently has had a palace built where he was sealed, the Palace of the End, and now sets to make his prison his new throne.
Personality
First and foremost, Erebos is what some would call, a Jerkass God; he's selfish, arrogant, mean and just someone who loves to flaunt the fact that he is a deity with misuse of his powers over all things darkness. He sees most beings as inferior to his own visage and constantly refers to himself as 'God' or 'Great God of Darkness'. Erebos has come to dislike his new body, if only due to how 'unfitting' it looks for someone of his position. Case in point, Erebos absolutely can NOT stand for being looked down upon, especially if it's due to his appearance and stature. Erebos also seems to have a rather childish streak to him, often times throwing tantrums if he loses, doesn't get his way or is just frustrated beyond belief. It's unknown if he was like this before his sealing or if this was a product of his new body. In addition he is also easily amused by things such as television, toys or video games, making him very easy to distract as a whole.
While arrogant and rather dicki-ish on the outside, Erebos does boast one extra personality trait to him, this one pertaining to a revived sexual appetite that awoke within him after his supposed 'reincarnation' (although he claims he's always had this rather excessive craving for sex in his previous body). His perverse and lewd impulses are powerful enough to shake his normally prideful demeanor into that of a common lech or pervert, especially if he's been contrived of sex for a long period of time. Erebos loves beautiful and voluptuous women, admiring them for their bodies and wanting nothing more than to pull them into the darkness where he can keep them as trophies in his harem. Alongside this is his liking for impregnating these beautiful women as a means to carry on his legacy through his offspring. Of course, many believe that this is merely a facade to cover up the fact that he's a closet pregnancy fetishist...
Likes: People who obey him, getting 'faith', beautiful women, sex, pregnancy.
Dislikes: Being ignored, those who look down upon him (especially due to his appearance), the concept of good, shrine maidens.

Latent Attributes
Umbra Absorb: An attribute that allows Erebos to absorb the essence of darkness into his body and power himself up. The more darkness there is around him, the more powerful he becomes. The same can be said if he is hit with a dark based attack or magic, Erebos' body will cancel out the damage and covert it into extra power to use against the caster/attacker.
Anti-Elementalist: The concept of Darkness means that all things are swallowed and negated by it's presence. This reigns true for Erebos, who takes no damage from elemental attacks thanks to this attribute. Light or Holy magic, however, is still able to damage him...and to a great extent as well.
Miasma of Mikaboshi: A corruptive miasma that is naturally produced from Erebos' body thanks to his vast amounts of Umbra Mana (dark energy). The miasma has a variety of effects on the opponent many are usually those that weaken the opponent. To see which one is in effect, ask upon lady luck by rolling 1!d6;
1 - Miasma of Silence: The powers and abilities of the opponent are nullified by Erebos' darkness. So long as they are near him, their powers are blocked or don't effect him.
2 - Miasma of Blight: A miasma that physically weakens the opponent, causing many of their physical attacks and skills to be less effective against Erebos than they normally would be.
3 - Miasma of Depravity: An evil aura that causes those of the opposite sex to slowly fall into a heated lust. With this effect, many of the opponents overall abilities in magic are weakened.
4 - Miasma of Lethargy: A miasma that invokes a feeling of laziness and slothful emotions in the opponent. With this in effect, the opponent loses alot of speed and reaction time, making them slow and easy to target.
5 - Miasma of Blindness: A miasma that targets the optical functions of the opponent and induces a sense of 'blindness' upon them, making them unable to see and more susceptible to missing attacks. The miasma can be slightly lessened if protective eye wear are worn over the eyes.
*Roll 1!d3 to determine if your attack lands: 3 = Miss, 2 =Hit, 1 = Critical Blow
6 - Miasma of Corruption: The miasma slowly begins to infect the opponent, corrupting their body and perhaps even their mind as they're slowly transformed into their 'Dark Persona' which is simply their evil part of their psyche taking over their body. Those who are corrupted through these means usually end up as Erebos' servants.
Absolute Ruler: A power that all gods and deities have in which, their overall power and abilities are strengthened by how many followers, or faith, is given to them from worshipers.
Combat Abilities
Manipulation of Darkness: A power that...should have been obvious given who we're talking about. With this power Erebos is able to manipulate the darkness itself to help him in combat or to change the very landscape by using it's power to corrupt and twist things far beyond what they would normally appear. With this ability, Erebos can darken the area, or bring it forth in a dark colored flame that damages the opponent with Umbra Mana (dark energy). Another aspect of this ability is it's unique property of 'gravity', essentially making Erebos' darkness a sort of all devouring void (similar to that of a black hole). Things drawn into Erebos' darkness are 'devoured' and (upon his will) crushed and made one with the black nothingness that he truly is. Erebos can also simply store things in this 'void' and bring it out whenever he feels he likes, having it function as a form of hammer space. Various dark and corruptive miasmas are also born from this ability. Shadows are also a medium for his powers, but he can't fully manipulate them. Instead, he can merely melt into them and use them as 'hidey-holes' or a quick means of escape.
Likeness of Lovecraft: A power that's similar to that of
Jermod's, one that allows Erebos to call upon the powers of an eldritch horror to aid him in combat. Tentacles, madness, alien geometries, the works. Using this ability, Erebos can transform his normal small child-like body into a medium of body horror, bringing out beasts and abominations out from his form to attack the foe who challenges him. This seems to work in perfect sync with his powers of darkness, amplifying the aspect of corruption that Erebos holds. This also amplifies his ability to regenerate from mortal wounds, his powers of darkness making him fairly invulnerable to physical and elemental attacks, his body being able to reconstruct itself at such a fast rate that attacks merely appear to do no damage unless they are strong or heavy enough to outright kill a mortal. However, the only known way to bypass this is to hit Erebos with Holy elementals. Much like Jermod, Erebos possesses black blood which can be used as a medium for attack, regeneration and a gastric irritant in case he finds himself eaten. The black blood is highly corrosive and can be either acidic or poisonous to the victim. It is even believed that the blood can infect and corrupt those it enters.
Vore traits, Kinks and other Fetish-y mess
Hotblooded Libido: Due to his lapine nature, Erebos has a heightened sexual drive and a lust to show for it. Unlike Jermod, however, Erebos' sex drive is on the loose...all the time.
Hyperfetility: Erebos himself is a rather fertile god and, as a result, is able to easily impregnate those he unites with through sexual intercourse. Functioning a lot like Jermod's high fertility, Erebos is able to knock someone up with quite the number of offspring.
Miasma of the Dark Seed: An addition to Erebos' miasmas in which this one results in the opponent getting pregnant from the darkness itself. This works in the fact that the darkness slithers into the womb and slowly begins to create a mass of dark energy that slowly becomes an entirely independent being. The 'child' growing inside the host usually favors after them but retains Erebos' rabbit like features.
Miasma of Gluttony: An addition to Erebos' miasmas wherein the opponent is stricken with an insatiable hunger and stuffs themselves with food to get rid of the accursed hunger that grips their belly. Anything they eat and digest is converted into a dark imbued pudge that works to power up Erebos' abilities. So basically, the fatter they get, the more powerful Erebos becomes. However, a large drawback to this is that the one effected by this miasma also gains a boost in power, the pudge they pack on working to increase their overall capabilities in magic and physical combat. With this in place, those effected by this miasma have a very high chance of overpowering/eating Erebos and thus, negating his influence on them entirely.
Chronicles of a Dark God
The Dark God and the Witch ~ Elder God on the Roof
- Characters: Erebos/Eliza (Played by
Tumu)
- Status: Hiatus
- After finding a note in a tome speaking of a dark god, young witch, Eliza, set to see what would happen if she called for the very same entity. Her efforts produced the Elder God of Darkness, Erebos. At first, Eliza teased the god for his short and less than imposing appearance, but after he showed her a piece of his power, the witch submitted allowing him to assert himself as god once more. However, still fairly miffed by her mocking him, Erebos sought vengeance by unleashing the Miasma of Gluttony and allowing it to take hold on Eliza's body awakening a ravenous hunger within her as well as an increased weight gain rate that worked to plump up the witch quite a ways...
Eventually, the weight gain managed to rouse Erebos' pent up sexual desires and, after a random cuddle session, Eliza and Erebos finally met in the elder god's first one night stand since the time of his freedom all of 1,000 years ago. After finding out that the water had been turned off, thanks to an unpaid water bill, Erebos brought Eliza his favored drink, Soma, which worked to quench her thirst but soon excited her sexual senses.
Eliza is beginning to question if the god she agreed to become the servant of is truly benevolent, Erebos himself seeming to reflect on his actions as he succumbs to the foreign emotion of guilt...

Inari's Hunger ~ Kitsune Goddess' Banquet
- Characters: Erebos/
Inari_Zushi
- Status: Paused
- After awakening from him being sealed, Erebos finds himself falling into the mortal realm where he seeks refuge in an old oriental shrine that appeared to be abandoned. Thinking he could make this his new base of operations for when he regains his power, he starts taking root into the shrine using his corruption miasma, his verbal musings arousing the attention of the shrine's owner, a fox spirit who claims to have lost most of her power after humans abandoned her shrine. After some discussion, Erebos was able to over power the fox spirits divine aura with his miasma and she 'died', melting into a puddle of black ooze.
Much to Erebos' surprise, however, the spirit revived as a darker being, her once warm aura tainted by his darkness. The fox spirit, now giving Erebos obvious hints that she was the fox goddess, told the elder god off, saying of how he was weak and mocking him for falling for her tricks. Livid with the goddess, Erebos refused to believe he had been tricked by her but soon found himself at her mercy as she threatened to seal him away for another one thousand years...only this time his prison would be within her belly. However, she offered him a test, a chance to prove himself as a god to which he accepted only to be gulped down in the process anyhow.
The next morning, Erebos awoke to Inari toying with him whilst he still lay in her, oddly spacious, belly. The goddess soon revealed that, in compensation for his actions against her and the shrine, he would serve her for 100 years, as a servant, interior designer and personal cook. Erebos, having no other choice on the matter, agreed with her terms but not after hatching a little plan of his on in the process...

OOC Notes/Junk
+ Anything here can be found on my main profile
Circle_of_Jermod, and most of my preferences are about the same for this character as they are for my main one. Erebos is largely pred, but can be prey of certain circumstances are met (Holy magic is used against, his powers are sealed, etc). He maybe a god, but he's not all powerful.
+ Although Erebos is essentially a god, he is
not a god mod character. Hell, I actually would enjoy to see someone take him down a peg and make him their prey :V
+ Erebos can appear at an older age, upon request. He is a god after all, altering his age appearance should be a snap.
