What is a vector?
If you don't know what a "Vector" is they're a race of biologically engineered anthros who are a basic human DNA template spliced with non-human animal DNA. The end result was a far more robust new species who would one day succeed humans.

Physique:
As a canid vector Eva has significantly more muscle mass than the average human. She also has rather firm D-cup breasts and stands slightly under six feet tall. She also has senses of smell and hearing like that of an actual dog.

Backstory:
Evangeline has always known Mars as her home. Initially she was born in an IRPF shipyard, though her parents insisted on moving out shortly after she was born to live a more "civilized" life among the people of the MARSco corporation.

With this in mind she at first went to school under the corp's rather generalized tutelage. Even so she showed promise in investigation and small unit tactics, though under her father's insistence she steered away from firearm and CQC training.

Until she came into secondary schooling. She jumped at the chance to join the IRPF where she proved to be a highly capable and quick learning fighter with ease. Eventually she would join the SWAT team for a few years before doing a stint of independent work.

Working with the Spyglass hacker, negotiator, and marksferret named Wiretap she eventually gained a sizable reputation among the IRPF. Due to their contrasting management careers the two mercenaries parted ways for a while. Now she is a local police captain for the IRPF.

The Master's Voice:
A weakness prevalent in all vectors (save hemi vectors since they're closer to human.) What the Master's Voice entails is a vulnerability to human speech, particularly with the presence of music.

Precisely the human voice is hypnotic to vectors. Digital recording don't work but analog ones do. The presence of an actual human though is even stronger. Orders given to a vector with the backdrop of music become irresistible to them. Yes, a human pred CAN overpower her with the Gangnam Style. XD
