Harem is a genre/plot frame, that is mostly present in the Japanese media of Anime, Manga, Light Novels, Visual Novels, and Video Games.
It normally takes place in a High School setting, with one male lead, and at least three, often a lot more girls, who are romantically interested in him. ( Gender Inverted Examples also exist). Usually, each girl personifies a single classic characterization archetype.
The protagonist either takes it as an Unwanted Harem, or reacts as a Harem Seeker, or Oblivious To Love.
Works where a Harem Genre set-up is put in front of other relationship dynamics, and the plot is written with the intention to keep the "race" for the male protagonist's heart as tied as possible, are known as the Balanced Harem subgenre.
In other cases, when a work uses this genre together with a more traditional Romantic Comedy Official Couple relationship, that is called the Supporting Harem subgenre.
Many of these works are also shared with the Ecchi genre, as it is harder to find a Harem story that isn't filled with gratuitous Fanservice than one that is.

A Bokukko is a female character who uses male pronouns. This term arises from the Japanese Pronoun boku, primarily used by boys and young men, and "ko", meaning "girl"*. Himiko is very much this girl, the tomboyish athletic type. Often found training, you better be ready to try and keep up with her. As well, She also...well..sucks at being a girl.
Maybe she wants to look and act elegant for a special occasion, or she's aiming to fit in with her friends, or she wants her Love Interest to see her as more than just "one of the guys". She may take it upon herself to learn ladylike behaviour, or she'll have a feminine friend teach her to act prim and proper.

Literally, a formal Japanese word for "young lady", the term Ojou (often Ojou-san or Ojou-sama, as they are the more formal honorifics) is typically used in anime when referring to wealthy, high-class female characters.
This means that while she is often rich, and occasionally even an actual Blue Blood, the key point is that other people treat her like royalty, whether or not she actually is. Sometimes an Ojou can actually attain her status simply by personality alone (often in high school settings), by being so heavily idolized that a fanclub springs around her, elevating her to a status far above that of those around her, while leveling violent reprisals against any who would treat her as a commoner.
Broadly speaking, a Yamato Nadeshiko is the "flower of Japanese womanhood", a woman with attributes that were traditionally desirable in Japan from the perspective of male-dominated society; generally ascribed to people with traditional upbringings. Basically it revolves around acting for the benefit of the family and obeying and assisting authority figures (father, husband, sometimes father-in-law or older brothers, as well as older females of similar personality traits). Virtues include loyalty, domestic ability, wisdom, maturity, and humility.
