The second-oldest and longest-living (In her past life - 1933-1953) member of the Type 3 Fubuki/Akatsuki Class of destroyers, Hibiki is a reserved, stoic russophile of a kanmusu. For her class and ship type, she’s surprisingly mature (at least in comparison to Akatsuki - not that herself or Akatsuki would admit it) and quiet, choosing to mostly just spend time on her own studying Russian or with her sisters, if given a choice or if she’s not out on the water. Being a Russophile, Hibiki’s interests in Russian culture and language have a clear effect on her personality - such effects ranging from her occasionally slipping bits of russian vocabulary into her sentences to preparing Russian-based food for her sisters and herself to indulge in.

With the body of a human and the spirit of a vessel from the second World War, Hibiki is one of the unique individuals who fall under a group of humans which are referred as “Kanmusu”. She - along with her sisters and cousins - are classified as the “Destroyer” type of kanmusu, a type mostly known for it’s impressive speed, torpedo power, ASW (Anti-Submarine Warfare), and it’s not-so-impressive defenses and firepower.

Being an Akatsuki Class destroyer, one could say her height is more on the 'petit' side when compared to the likes of a cruiser, carrier or battleship. And, they'd be right - about 153.22 cm in height, she measures up to a similar height to that of her sister ships. Her weight being **.**kg, she's about has heavy as her sisters, too...It's likely she's a little lighter than Akatsuki or Ikazuchi, though.-

For more "classified" physical details, her chest size is a simple "B-cup". Has been that size since she was built, and it's likely that it'll probably stay that size for the rest of her days.

When it comes to more questionably-deviant actions, Hibiki herself isn’t usually one to indulge. Due to her position as a kanmusu, being without her rigging in a dangerous situation results in things becoming a lot more “complicated” when it comes to defending herself, sometimes resulting in something that’s anything but "khorosho"...She’s not /totally/ pathetic without her tools either, however! She was trained by the navy and actively serves in it, after all - fighting back with her hands and feet, while not typically how she handles things, can be a method of a semi-effetive "last defense".

On the offensive with the entirety of her rigging equipped, fully-modernized stats, and being in a state that could be basically described as her "full power", though? She may have just been a destroyer, but the russophile's full potential would be - and should be - something to fear. It was something that wouldn't be wise to sneeze at, and would be a clear, effective reminder of the fact that Hibiki had once been a fully-fledged warship of the Imperial Japanese Navy. Both used in defense and offense, her abilities could only be described as "effeciently deadly" when she had her full rigging equipped, and would be unwise to test in the wrong moment.

Ah, if only she could keep on her equipment 24/7...Having it on indoors, while possible, is discouraged against in places that aren't the naval base itself. After all, would you want someone outfitted with miniature, 1930s-esque turrets and torpedo tubes residing in your house or local park? Nyet, probably not...You should probably be scared if she does enter your house or general area fully-equipped, though.
