Frustrated with her destructive existence as a demon, Idenia sought help from Celuna, Goddess of Love. Having passed the deity's trials and earned her blessing, Idenia was freed from the need to consume mana and souls to maintain a physical form. Now the lamia goes on quests at her deity's behest, and spends her downtime living a quiet life and teaching magic at a university.

Though kindhearted and often heroic, she's still a demon too, and when she does need to get violent, she's frighteningly good at it... and often a bit sadistic too. She commands powerful magic, and is a martial master in both unarmed combat and with the sword, shield, axe, hammer, various polearms, bow and arrow, and minigun. She is immensely durable too, and even medium-caliber firearms fail to penetrate her skin. Should her body be destroyed, she will come back eventually - though fighting her way back out of the infernal planes, which do not take kindly to her presence, can take days or even months if she's unlucky.

In the millennia before her ascension, she defeated and devoured countless of her peer demons, and even more mortals during her visits to the mortal planes. She gained immense power, getting close to the level of a Grand Fiend. After her ascension and blessing by Celuna, her power has only grown further. She is immensely physically strong, durable enough to shrug off most harm, and wields terrifyingly powerful magic. She is able to go toe-to-toe against all but the greatest demons, and even some demigods.
