A magikoopa in turquoise robes, with a reality-altering topaz gem set in his wand.(which, by the way, is removable, making the wand interchangible with different gems. He also has a citrine gem that allows him to cast fire-based spells, such as fireballs or raising the temperature of a room. (JUST raising it. To return the temperature to normal, he'd need ice spells, too. He can cancel the heat spell, but that just stops the heat from going up. It has to return to normal by itself.) He has a book to teach himself how to connect spells to gems, but it's seen better days; most of the pages are missing and were lost all around the world. The only pages left were the ones explaining fire and reality-bending. He also has a blue gem about the size and shape of a wand gem, but without any more pages in the book, doesn't know whether it's even compatable.) This lets him cast spells to shrink or grow himself or prey, and also to make himself stretch.
Update on book status: Thanks to Kitty_Cane Finding a page, the book now has one more page, (And its quality increased a tiny bit, too) explaining that ice spells can be done with Blue Tourmaline gems. Unfortunately, he doesn't know what his blue gem is... and trying to put the capability into a gem that's incompatable WILL make it shatter, so he's not gonna try it unless he finds out if the gem IS Blue Tourmaline.
Second update: He has found two more pages; they were given to Pyre_Sparks in a bottle as a mission reward, and he negotiated with the kobold to get them. He also gave Pyre a pair of magic-sensing goggles. The new pages explain wind and lightning spell gems; requiring Jadeite and yellow Corundum(aka yellow Ruby), respectively.

Yes, he does have a shell under that robe, he's not naked under there. The back of the shell is blue with a yellow star pattern. He wears purple shoes. His eyes are green.
He's a reformed koopa, feeling that Bowser is a "big, fat jerk" (in his own words) and thinking Mario's not such a bad guy.

From eating too many Lime Candies, his innards have turned green, even his tongue. He since has cut down on the sweets; doctors orders.
After getting a belly checkup from Fang_Wolf, Jadu has learned that the entirety of his innards have literally BECOME slightly translucent Lime-flavored candy flesh... that glows. He was pretty annoyed at the diagnosis. He also learned that his digestive juices have become candy-like; sweet and with a cloying scent that would seem to have calming abilities on prey. Unfortunately, that's all conjecture on Fang's part, so far.

Jadu's not a bad guy, even if he can be a bit abrasive at times. Main point: He's mischeivous, not evil.

He met a Koopa with Neuron, who asked the Kadabra to turn him into a living gummy. The now-gummy koopa, named Squishy, sometimes travels with Jadu. Squishy is green all around, (and smells/tastes of watermelon) but if he eats someone, their most predominant color will be "borrowed" by Squishy's form for the bottom half of his body. This color will stick around on him (with an apropos smell and flavor to match) for a certain amount of time after the prey has been completely digested. (The time period will be based on how long it took the prey to fully digest) Squishy can melt if he gets too hot, but will not actually grow too sticky, thanks to a barrier put on him by Neuron. However, when melty, he can absorb someone to regain firmness. He can also take off his shell and throw it at someone. If he hits them, the shell will stick to them, and he can choose what it does. By default, it will absorb them, but he can delay it so that doesn't happen until he puts it back on, or he can make it engulf them without absorbing them right off. When prey is absorbed into the shell, it'll grow bigger and more shiny.

As the sliders say, Jadu has a "pet" piranha plant. He may bring it out from time to time. The plant's name is Fangs. Fangs cannot talk, (except to other plants) barring grunts like Petey Piranha. Jadu can always understand Fangs, though, since they've been together so long. It is an extremely smart plant, however, able to hold things with its leaves, and even capable of using that skill to pull up its pot and hop around.
