Backstory
Yukari lost a very large bet because of this darling beauty. She is the, frankly, impossible child of Kazami Yuuka and a human. Noone is sure of how she came to be, but Honoka is not telling anyone as to how her parents came to make her, and noone is willing to try and get the information out of either of them, for obvious reasons.
Nevertheless, she had a rather interesting life growing up. Not knowing much of her mothers tumutulous past with her mental disability, she became firm friends with anyone who could manage to stand seeing her. A -lot- of people were afraid of her for much of her childhood, actually causing her quite a bit of mental anguish because of it, but she has mostly recovered from such things. At her age, she is still learning how to control her natural youkai powers, as well as the massive magical potential and reserves she inherated from both of her parents. She, easily, is the strongest of the 'Peaceful Generation' as it has been referred to, her and those born during it knowing only a life of peace, with little to no incidents.
This isn't to say she isn't still practicing, just in case.
Personality
Because of her rather...troubled beginnings, she grew up to be a very shy, and careful girl. She tends to try and not raise her voice, or speak very loudly toward other people, wanting to be very much seen as a gentle soul. Because of this, she actually grew into a very different form of manipulation then her mother. More on that later.
She is happiest among plants and flowers, always seeming to have a gentle smile on her face when she is among her mother's sunflowers, or enjoying the flora of the forests. Flowers, of course, seem to make her happiest, though do not give her cut flowers.
Abilities
Massive Strength: She did inherate her father's strength, able to kick down buildings and break rocks with her hands and little effort on her part. She has no capabilites of speed though, having inherated that from her father as well. As well, any spells she casts have an amplified effect that most do not experience. Casting a simple light spell, for example, causes a huge star-like ball of light to form in front of her. Obviously, this can be a -bad- thing.
Plant Manipulation: Though she far from has the knack her mother does, she is attempting to learn plant manipulation.
Manipulation of Growth/Regeneration/Healing: The power she was born into, she is able to cast a 'genesis light' from her hands that promotes healthy growth and heals almost any wound within seconds. As well, she can use it to treat illness. Because of this, she has been -heavily- requested to work in Eirin's clinic, but her parents refuse for the time being, wanting to make sure she can keep her powers in check.
Magicannon: Honoka is one of the uniquely powerful individuals able to use Magicannon, or Spark energy. Pure magical energy that can only be released into the world, its release is commonly known as the "Master Spark". Her Mother was the first to tap into this amazing power, and is still, by far, the most proficient in its use, not even breaking a sweat anytime she uses it. Honoka has some time before she can manage to do this, but has the ability and raw talent to be able to use it.
