Hailing from a distant fantasy realm, Kelli is the latest orphan heir to a long line of powerful mages. He boasts a legendary aptitude for magic but is perfectly content to let his gifts come and go as he pleases; treating his powerful boon more as a toy than as a tool. He’s a child, quite simply, and he’d rather play than study. This lack of structure has made it impossible for any teacher to keep him as an apprentice – booting him out of their towers and laboratories within months of taking him in. Other than missing the books, scrolls and arcane spell components that the position of apprenticeship supplies, he rarely considers these periods of homelessness any more than a mild inconvenience. They signify the chance to travel, learn, eat, and fuck under the open starry sky.

While he looks innocent and sweet, there is an XP hungry beast lurking just beneath his satiny blue garb and mooncalflick. Leveling up is almost always on the top of his priorities, and there’s no telling what acts he’ll commit to do it. Luckily he’s a weakling, so it wouldn't be difficult for most to escape from him or even overpower him. Thanks to his badly behaved and irresponsible first mistresses, Kelli was taught the virtues of sex and sin far before his time, as well as how nice it is to slide something defenseless and cute down his throat (and into other places). Receiving demonstrations on these alongside his training in hexfire made a lasting impression on little Kelli, and it’s more than half of the reason for his devil-may-care attitude towards schooling. His mind may be made for magic, but all of his talents lie in bed - with him.

You will most often find Kelli exploring the wilderness looking to encounter strange (hopefully humpable) monsters, or delving into mysterious dungeons in search of glittering treasure. He commonly stalks markets, searching for eyecatching trinkets. The ones he finds tend to be cursed. He thinks with his wand almost constantly and seeks out places to stay for the night with mature, older women whenever he can. He also likes to play with children his own age and older boys, but his principle interests are sexy monsters and milfs.

Kelli may learn a new magic spell once every level. The number of times he can cast spells per RP are also level based. As Kelli levels up, he will gain access to more powerful spells as well!
He may only learn one additional spell from an outside source per level.
Kelli caps at level 5, and at that point may only know 5 lvl 1 spells, 4 lvl 2 spells, 3 lvl 3 spells, 2 lvl 4 spells, and 1 lvl 5 spell. He may replace his spells by buying new ones with his points at this stage.

PASSIVE EFFECTS:
These effects may not be called upon in battle like spells and are USUALLY negative for the sake of balance.
-Magically Delicious: Kelli's little body is a dripping reservoir of arcane energy; a battery glowing the the very color of magic itself. In his hands it is neglected and unrealized. In more experienced hands this power would be fabulously useful. If the predator player so chooses and if their character is a spellcaster, magical monster or any other character who's concept relies of sorcery, they will receive either double the reward they normally would for consuming Kelli or a new ability of their own design.

ZERO LEVEL SPELLS:
1-The Old Hocus Pocus: preforms minor magic tricks. Nothing but razzle and dazzle.
-No rolls. Non-offensive and harmless magical tricks such as pulling rabbits out of hats, changing the color of something, or conjuring a mote of fire into the caster's palm.

-Ghostly Touch: For 1 hour per caster level, so 2 hours for you, you are able to interact with ghosts as if they are physical beings. Meaning you can touch, hug, piss on or anything else to a ghost that you could happen to you. They can still cheat and faze through you a bit though. (possibly a temporary addition.)

FIRST LEVEL SPELLS:
1-Puff Part: Kelli uses his magic to engorge a single body part by one size level per casting. If the parts are symetrical (ass cheeks, boobies, etc.) then both will enlarge. A character who has magically inflated body parts receives negative and positive effects for each part grown in this way. Kelli may undo the curse as long as he has one spell left to sacrifice.
EFFECTS: Any body parts which are engorged receive the following effects. The effects stack with other body parts. The effects are activated in stages, and the spell may not be instantly cast at it's highest level. (note; parts can be continually inflated, but they will still only count as the final weight.)
Supersized: -3 to all rolls not involving inflated body part. Subject becomes very easily distracted by their dramatic changes in size and sensitivity.
+2 to all rolls to eat, deal damage, and digest involving that body part.
-2 to rolls made to escape once consumed by said part.
Hypersized: -4 to all rolls not involving inflated body part. Subject becomes very easily distracted by their dramatic changes in size and sensitivity.
+3 to all rolls to eat, deal damage, and digest involving that body part.
-3 to rolls made to escape once consumed by said part.
Venti: -5 to all rolls not involving inflated body part. Subject becomes very easily distracted by their dramatic changes in size and sensitivity.
+4 to all rolls to eat, deal damage, and digest involving that body part.
-4 to rolls made to escape once consumed by said part.

*in the event that a character is incapable of voring with certain bodyparts (IE, breasts, tail, etc.) they do not gain bonuses to eat with those parts and suffer negatively from the new additions to their anatomy.

SECOND LEVEL SPELLS:
1-Magi's Mask:
A basic "jack of all trades" shapeshifting spell, Magi's Mask allows Kelli to disguise one subject with an appearance altering enchantment. These enchantments can be as superficial as a haircut or as complex as a change of gender, age, or anything else that will not normally alter the subject's ability to fight. At third level the enchantment may be complex enough to alter species, increase/decrease height and transform animate beings into sentient inanimate objects - bestowing negative or positive buffs accordingly. These will be written up when that point is reached. Kelli may undo the enchantment as long as he has one spell left to sacrifice.
-A willing target is changed instantly. Willingly transformed subjects may not resist the spell. Even the tiniest bit of intrigue causes the spell to interpret them as willing.
-An unwilling target may resist the spell when it is cast if they can roll higher than Kelli; entering a small battle of wills with him.
-An unwilling magic user gets a +4 bonus to this roll, and while transformed may break the charm on a nat 20. The +4 is not included once transformed.

Be sure that you source/credit the artist - reverse google search the image if you have to. Put a ton of effort into finding something good, your profile will benefit from the hard work!
