Koshi is a young girl who is frequently found roaming the streets of her home town. She is notoriously creepy and tends to stare at everyone with her large, unblinking eyes. Surprisingly she is not enrolled in a school and doesn't do anything for a living. It's assumed she still lives with her parents or a friend.

For fun Koshi likes to travel down to dark alley ways to see who comes along. While she waits she tends to sing in a very disturbing soul-less voice. Rarely do people come back from these little adventures of hers. Because of this she has gained some weight from the victims she devours.

Sometimes she runs with Julie_Stinger, helping the girl to track down targets. However, she is rarely used because her methods are rather sadistic.
