In this world of ours, are many legends. These legends tell of true heroes who set out on a journey not because they were told to or forced to do so. No, they embarked on their journeys because is was the right thing, because it was what anyone would do if they saw those that they held close to their hearts in trouble, in need of a hero. The heroes told in many of the legends told in this world saved those around them and made the world a better place through their selfless actions. Selfless actions is one of many factors that make a true hero. There are many heroes in this world but most of them are out for self, wanting money, fame or attention in return for helping those that they meet on their journey. True heroes in this day and time are very rare. In one part of this vast world of ours, a true hero was born. Now we head to the country of Sylinda, a farming country of modest size. Plains, plains, plains. As far as the eye can see in all cardinal directions is the low flat and hilly Sylindan Plain. The Sylindan Plain covers a good part of Sylinda and the countries that neigbor it.
The people in this country are very hard working, Farms dot the land here and there, the people on these farms work from sunrise to sunset, tending to their crops, harvesting them and shipping them out. The crops that are shipped out are either sent to various parts of the world for others to enjoy or shipped to other parts of Sylinda. Sunrise to sunset, the people in this country work. To most people, this is a very unremarkable country, one in which remains peaceful, not much transpires in this country. However, if one knows were to look then its very well possible that they can learn about Sylinda's history. Sylinda's capitol city, Radia, can be considered a historical site. Many of the buildings in this city dated back to when the country was under demonic rule. The city was very old but it was well preserved. Here, one may learn of Sylinda's history and of course, the legend of a very unlikely hero, a hero who saved Sylinda when evil forces threatened it and the people that lived upon the land. The legend of Senho, to tell this legend, we must go back several hundred years into Sylinda's past. In the past, Sylinda was under seige by a slew of deadly demons.
These demons cared not for humans or any other specie. The people in Sylinda were nothing more than second class citizens, pets or food. Many tried to escape the country but sadly, most who attempted this were caught and killed by the demons. Doom and gloom, day and night. It was a cycle that continued for a while until someone decided that enough was enough and decided to do something about it. In the small farming town of Ciagra in southern Sylinda, Senho, a mere blacksmith, answered the call to arms to do something about the demons threatening the peace, stability and livelihood of the land around him. Question was, how would he rid the land of the demons that walked upon it? The demons were too great in number and some far too powerful to defeat alone. Brute force was obviously not an option that he could take in order to overcome this daunting task. Going into thought, he gets an idea. Instead of defeating them all, he would banish them into a special prison! This blade exuded light divine, it washed over all things in its radius. The light was being produced by the sacred magic. Sacred magic is equivalent to that of holy magic. Sacred magic can either change the world for the better or change it for the worse. Lightbringer, this was the name that he gave to the sword. Lightbringer.
Shortly after forging Lightbringer, he creates a special chest known as the sealed chest. The chest was obsidian with runes ectched into it, golden. The sealed chest was a special prison in which demons and other evil beings were banished to. Once inside, they would never again walk upon this earth. And the weapon that would act as the final seal, ensuring that it remained shut forever? Why, it was Lightbringer, the sword that Senho himself forged. After he crafts both Lightbringer and the sealed chest, he executes his plan. If it worked then the land around him would be free of the foul beings that walked upon it. However, if it didn't then all of his efforts would have been for naught. Taking a deep breath and closes his eyes. Opening them, he looses Lightbringer's power! The power of the sacred blade pulls in all of the demons walking upon the earth, banishing them. Once the last demon had been drawn into the chest, he slams it shut, raises Lightbringer high and... *Shink!* thrusts the sacred blade through the top of the chest. And that was it, the demons were gone, banished. Senho had did it! But why did he do it? Was it for the fame, forture or attention? No, he did so because it was the right thing. It was something that anyone would do if they saw those that held dear in trouble. Senho's name and actions soon became legend. As for Senho? He crept away from the land that he saved, caring not for the praise that he would recieve as a result of his actions. It is unknown were Senho is now. But one thing is certain, he is in a land far from Sylinda, living out his life in peace.
The sealed chest served as an everlasting memento of his actions and was soon enshrined with care by the people of Sylinda the base of Mt. Etoi in eastern Sylinda. Present day, the legend of Senho is one told by the people who reside in the country of Sylinda. As a resulf of this legend, it has inspired many to become a true hero like Senho! Abound in the air here and there throughout Sylinda is the sound of metal striking metal, men and women alike train to become heroes like Senho. In the Sylindan country, there exists someone who is very interested in Senho's legend. Now we head to northen Sylindan, towards the beautiful natural border known as the Sylindan Mountains. The Sylindan Mountains separate Sylinda from its neighbor to the north, Chennai. The path leading up into the mountains and the trails in the mountains were very steep and rocky. The paths were very difficult to traverse and felt like a trial in itself traveling the mountain paths! As a result, most people were detered from venturing into the mountains. Though, one may see the occasional hiker or adventure venture into the mountains. There exists many trails in the Sylindan Mountains. If one travels along the eastern trail, it will soon run follow along aide a sheer cliff.
The view from the cliff is very beautiful and picturesque, the best view in the land! The trail follows along the cliff for a mile or so before curving away to the left. From this point forth, the trail becomes even rockier, rocky outcropings can be seen here and there which one must climb up if they want to progress and lastly, crevasses which one must carefully navigate around, If one managed to navigate that difficult path then they'll eventually come to a mountain forest of modest size. Beyond it, the path seemingly dead ends at a vast plateau. For those that could sense magic then they'll be able to sense the magical barrier surrounding the lair of a Kitsune known as Ketrice Arai Aka: "The Sorceress" and her daughter, Kyubei Arai. Beyond the barrier, one would be met by the sight of Ketri's large, elegant and opulent lair. The lair was akin to a palace or shrine! Dotting the area here and there. In the center of the area, one would see a carving of an eight tailed fox, its tails curled out beautifully, elegantly. One could assume that the carving was a depiction of Ketri herself! Patrolling the areas inside and outside of the sorceress' lair are minions of varying gender and specie.
Those who worked for Ketri had to come to work for the mage on their own accord after Ketri helped them out of some sort of trouble. In return for the mage's help, they came to work for Ketri and in return for their services, she allowed for them to stay within her lair, showering them with as much love and affection as she could and in turn, this made them very loyal to her. Ketri also showered Kyubei with as much love and affection as she could. Kyubei Arai,was Ketri's only daughter and as a result, the sorceress spoiled the young fox from time to time which in turn, made her into a brat. The young sorceress looked up to her mother like a role model of sorts. Why, she had a dream that she someday hoped would come true. What was this dream? It was to become a great sorceress like her mother, Ketri. Each and everyday, she could be seen outside the lair with a magical tome in hand, practicing and building up her magical power. Little by litle as time went on, it grew. Whenever her mother was around, she helped the young sorceress build up her magical power through magical training. The young sorceress devotion to her studies helped the young fox get closer and closer to becoming a great sorceress like her mother. Ketri was the person that Kyu held very close to her heart and as a result, always wanted to be around her. A momma's fox.
This what most of Ketri's minions referred Kyu as when they spoke about her. Kyu didn't care if they called her a momma's fox. After all, that's who she was. Whenever she wasn't spending time with her mother or building up her magical power, she visited the closest town to her home and the Sylindan Mountains, Syan. It was here that she met her first true friend,
Masami_Inkling, an Inkling visiting the country because of her interest in the Sylindan Mountains. Those that she tried to befriend soon learned of her mother's villainous actions and whatever friendship that she had between the individual was soon terminated. With Masami, she would ensure that her friendship with the adorable inkling would last forever and ever. And to ensure that, she would try her best to keep the fact that her mother and herself were villains and her mother's ambition a secret. For if those secrets were ever revealed, it would result in their friendship ending and Kyu's heart being broken. The days following thier meeting in Syan were the best days of Kyu's life.
Each and ever moment with Masami was a memory that she would cherish for the rest of her life. Masami, her first true friend was a person that she held close to her heart alongside her mother, Ketri. Each and everyday spent with Masami was filled with fun moments in Syan and the Sylindan land. Eventually, Kyu introduced Masami to her mother. The elder Kitsune took an immediate liking to the young Inkling. As with those that she took a liking to, showered the young girl with as much affection and love as she could. As much affection that Kyubei herself showered upon girl whenever they spent time with one another! Eventually, it was time for Kyubei and Masami to go their separate ways for the Inkling was going back home to the country of Paradiso. Kyu was saddened by the parting but in her heart, knew that she would see Masami again someday. With Ketri, whenever she was home within her lair, she was within her lair, reading books on Sylindan history and of course, the legend of Senho. From his legend she learned of the sacred magic which piqued her interest greatly. Such power could be used to create an ideal world in which is better in her eyes, in eyes of those that she held close to her heart, a perfect world!
To bring about her world, she had to use her mind control to take control of the entire populace, it was extreme but in the end, would be worth it. However, her affinity to dark magic would render the sacred magic useless in its present state. This then raised a couple of questions 1: Where was the sacred magic? Sylinda was a big country and without any clue as to where it could be, Ketri would be searching for a very long time! 2: Even if she found it, how would she able to use it in order to carry out her ambition? Ketri knew that Lightbringer was imbued with sacred magic and was thrust through the top of a chest known as the sealed chest. So, was it possible that the chest was filled with sacred magic? Was it possible that the chest contained the force that she needed to bring about her ideal world? It certainly seemed like it! The sorceress had an idea that would prove useful to her efforts. Sometime later, people in the country of Sylinda began to go missing. The dissappearances seemed to be around the town of Menai and the forests around Mt. Etoi. The people who've gone missing were later seen wearing a purple fox mask, a choker with some sort of black gem on it or a circlet with the same black gems embedded into it. They all had one thing in common, they had been enchanted with Ketri's mind controlled magic, those who went missing became Ketri's mind controlled minions!
The people who she enslaved either scoured the forests around Mt Etoi or returned to her lair where they would serve her. Like the minions who came to work for her on their own accord, Ketri's mind controlled minions were showered with plenty of love and affection. After a while, the young warrior known as
Nella_ noticed the mind controlled people heading towards the mountain, following them. She came to the Mt. Etoi Shrine, the place in which the sealed chest was enshrined within. The Sorceress could be seen making her way into the shrine, towards the sealed chest. Not wanting for Ketri to succeed in her plans, Nella rushes into the shrine and bars Ketri's path. Ketri's purple eyes gazed down upon Nella, she hadn't expected to run into resistence when she caried out her plan and Nella certainly didn't seem like a warrior. Ketri then demands for Nella to step aside. But Nella refuses and bashes the Kitsune sorceress as hard as she could, causing her to stagger back some. Ketri then retaliates by tossing a ball of magical energy towards Ketri which is vollied back towards Ketri. She had been hit by her own attack, the young woman had managed to harm her but that's all she would do! Ketri then fires off a blast of magical energy towards Nella, too powerful for her to block and much too fast for her to dodge!
The brave warrior tries to block the blast but in the end fails and is knocked unconscious by the force of the attack. Ketri's magical blast goes on to hit Lightbringer and as a result, it shatters! The shattered blade lands upon the stone floor of the shrine, the chest then opens freeing the demons that had been imprisoned within. Having been freed, they go on to wander the land and terrorize any unfortunate soul to cross paths with them. Looking over Nella's unconscious form for a few moments, she proceeds towards the sealed chest and looks inside. Nothing! It was empty! Had she been wrong to assume that the magic was within the chest? Upon returning to her lair, someone was waiting for her within her study, it was one of the demons from the sealed chest! The demon introduced herself as Tali, a sorceress so powerful and wicked back in her age that led to her being sealed away within the sealed chest. To thank Ketri for releasing her, decides to become her right hand woman. Tali informs Ketri that the sacred magic wasn't within the sealed chest but within Lightbringer itself, the blade that she unintentionally shattered doing her confronation with Nella. She also tells Ketri that its possible for her to use the sacred magic even with her affinity to dark magic. All she had to do was corrupt it using her own dark magic! Seeing as she accidentally destroyed the sword needed for her ambition to come to fruition soon had an idea, Nella, she would surely go on an quest to reforge the blade and once she reforged it, she would steal it from the young woman!
To keep an eye on Nella, Ketri requested help from her daughter. Agreeing, Kyubei creates magical eyes known as spy eyes, these allow for Kyu to spy upon anyone she wishes. ((Spy eyes-Red orbs that in a way look like a strange eye. Its light red along the outer rim. But as one got closer to the center, the redder it got. The central spot was deep red.))Using a special crystal ball shaped orb known as the spy glass, can spy upon anyone that her spy eyes are looking at. Though her spy eyes, Ketri and Kyu were able to spy on Nella from time to time on their adventure. After some time, Nella had reforged Lightbringer and was on her way back to the Mt. Etoi Shrine to banish the demons who escaped from the sealed chest back into it. On the road between Radia and Menai, Ketri bared Nella's path and revealed to her that she was the one responsible for all of the trouble that Sylinda had experienced as of late, her ambition and of course, she told Nella that she was nothing more than a pawn in her ambition.
Ketri's plan was to enrage Nella, anger her. Anger was a warrior's greatest enemy, it impaired one's judgement, their fighting ability. Nella fought as hard as she could against the eight tailed fox but due to anger consuming her mind and being, lost to the mage for the second time. Upon being defeated, Ketri took possession of Lightbringer and returned to her lair. As for Nella, after recovering and redoubling her training, traveled to the town of Syan in Northern Sylinda. In Syan, she was able to sense the sacred magic exuding from Lightbringer! The sacred magic would act a beacon that would lead Nella to Ketri's lair and to Lightbringer! The young woman had an idea on how she was going to get Lightbringer back. However, it was risky! She was going to sneak into Ketri's lair under the cover of night and take it back! With the help of one of her demonic friends,
Ruby_Slammer She executes her plan and sneaks into the lair! However, Kyu was watching Nella via her spy eyes.
The young sorceress then informs her mother that Nella was sneaking into her lair and in turn, learned that she would begin the process of corrupting and absorbing the sacred magic! Following the presence of the sacred magic, Nella proceeds through Ketri's lair and avoiding the guards with Ruby's help. Nella eventually encountered Kyubei a few rooms away from Ketri's study. She then reveals to Nella that her mother would soon begin the process of corrupting and absorbing the sacred magic. Barring both doors leading into the room and with that, she engages Nella in battle. She would try her hardest to defeat Nella, she wouldn't allow for Nella to ruin her mother's ambition, the plan that she spent so long planning. What her mother was planning was something that would make the world better for her and those close to her heart, it was a noble goal, a very noble one to the young sorceress.
With Ruby's help, she was able to defeat Kyubei but at the same time, had lost a lot of time dealing with her. Hurrying into Ketri's study, the two were unable to stop the process of Ketri corrupting the sacred magic. However, Ruby managed to stop her before she managed to absorb all of the sacred magic. Upon getting the blade back, Nella noticed two things. 1: The divine light exuding from Lightbringer wasn't as bright as it was before, a sign that Ketri had absorbed a substantial amount of the sacred magic. This then raised the question, would the amount of sacred magic remaining within the blade be enough to banish the demons that escaped from the chest?
2: Ketri had gained her ninth tail as a result of absorbing a good amount of her sacred magic. Not only that but her power was even greater than before! Ketri's power after absorbing a
substantial amount of the sacred magic made her power almost akin to that of a goddess! Nella had an idea on how to rid the land of Ketri and the demons in one fell swoop and it involved returning to where her quest first started, returning to where she first met Ketri, the Mt. Etoi Shrine. After making their way out of the lair, Ruby and Nella make their way towards the Mt. Etoi Shrine by using the very shadows to travel at a great speed towards the mountain shrine. Following them was Ketri, the final battle between Nella and Ketri would soon begin! Kyu, unconscious after her battle with Nella was picked up and carried to her room by the demonic sorceress, Tali. In the time that the sorceress had been around, acted as Kyu's caretaker whenever her mother was out. In the time that she spent with Tali, she grew very fond of the demon. Why, she saw the demoness as sort of second mother! Tali, was another person who she held close to her heart.
Once within her room, Tali tended to Kyu's injuries. Shortly after the demoness did so, began to spy on Nella once again in order to witness the young woman's battle with her mother. In her heart, she knew that her mother would be victorious in battle over Nella and succeed in her plan. But to her dismay, she was defeated by the young woman. What she witnessed next almost broke her heart on that night. After weakening Ketri enough, Nella uses Lightbringer's power to seal Ketri away among the demons that she unintentionally released upon the land. What Nella didn't know was that the amount of sacred magic wasn't enough to banish the stronger demons back into the chest. Those who weren't strong enough to resist the pull of the sealed chest were banished into it. Slamming the chest shut, Nella raises Lightbringer high and ***Shink!*** Thrusts the blade through the top of Lightbringer, sealing it shut, forever. Kyu usually didn't cry but on this night, one could hear the young fox weeping. She continued to weep until Tali consoled her by holding her close to her soft, warm form. She continued to sniffle for a few moments before hugging Tali close. Nella may have sealed away her mother, but she wouldn't seal away Tali, she wouldn't allow for Nella to do such a thing. As a result of Ketri's defeat, those who were under her mind control magic came to their senses, it was as if being mind controlled by the evil mage had been nothing more than a terrible nightmare. With the mind controlled people now free, they went on with their normal lives.
As for Ketri's minions? They remained loyal to the kitsune sorceress and remained within her lair with hopes that she would someday return. Fifteen years after the events at the Mt. Etoi Shrine, Kyubei has redoubled her training, training each and everyday from sunrise to sunset, training so that she could be strong for what her future had in store for her. She was training in preparation to embark on a personal quest to free her mother. Tali and Ketri's elite minions helped the young sorceress with her training. In the time that Ketri had been sealed away, Tali acted as Kyubei's caretaker, showering with her as much love and attention as she could. As a result, Kyubei grew even fonder of the demonic sorceress. On the day that Kyubei was to set on her quest, the young sorceress takes along two things to serve as everlasting mementos of her mother, a purple fox mask and the black onyx choker that her mother used to wear.
With that, she departs the lair and makes her way towards the Mt. Etoi Shrine. Upon reaching the shrine was dismayed to see that the entrance had been sealed shut! Several mages from the village of Menai had sealed the entrance shut to prevent anyone with evil in their hearts from accessing the shrine ever again. But this wouldn't stop Kyu! She decided to train her magical power until she was strong enough to break the seal on the entrance! Kyubei can be found wandering the land, training her magical power while at the same time, trying to exact her vengeance on Nella for ruining her mother's plans and sealing the one that she held closest to her heart within the sealed chest. Kyu didn't see Ketri's actions as evil. No, she saw them as good! In her eyes, Nella is the greatest evil to have ever come into her life. In her heart, she knows that she'll be successful in her quest to free her mother from the Mt. Etoi Shrine.
Kyubei is a Kitsune that stands at 5'7, has purple eyes that are as sweet, kind and gentle as those of her mother's. The Kitsune's face is young and cute. Why, its as if one is looking at a younger version of Ketri! Kyubei's purple hair is long, soft, silky and voluminous, it runs down to her waist. She almost always wears her mother's black onyx charm, not only is it a memento to help Kyu remember her mother but it allows for the young sorceress to remain in constant communication with her mother. Even when sealed away within the sealed chest, Ketri is able to use her black magic to tap into the black onyx on her choker in order to speak through it. The black onyx can also be used to enhance her magical attacks but at the cost of using more magical energy than normal. When out, she may be seen in one of three outfits. 1: She may wear a purple shirt that shows off her breasts and curves very, very well, blue pants and white sandals. 2: She may wear a purple kimono, loosely done, this allows for one to see her breasts and curves very, very well and white sandals. 3:She'll wear her purple fox mask over her face and will be garbed in a purple hooded cloak with the hood up. The cloak allows for one to see her breasts and curves, very very well. She appears to be wearing white sandals. She typically wears this around those who she considers an enemy. In whatever outfit she's wearing, she's never seen without her special black gloves. These gloves were stitched lovingly by hand by the demoness that she holds close to her heart, Tali. The gloves that she wear are black fingerless gloves with a black gem sticked onto the back of each glove. The Kitsune can use these gloves to enhance the power of her hand to hand attacks but at the cost of using more energy than normal.
Intelligent, rational, a bit of a hothead and a brat. Are the words that can describe Kyubei, the Kitsune who wants to free her mother from the sealed chest. To help her move her along towards that goal, one can see her training her magical power here and there. Little by little, her magical strength grows and once it reaches certain limits, she'll gain a tail. Kyubei may only have four tails now but she's quite strong thanks all the time and dedication that she's put into her training! Kyu, not wanting to make the same mistakes as her mother, carefully thinks about her next move, her next plan. The Kitsune's plans are planned with meticulous care. After all, everything that she does could bring her one step closer to freeing her mother! Whenever Kyu isn't training, she's out about having fun, trying to make new friends. Kyu loves making new friends and like her mother, once she likes them enough, will shower them with as much love and affection as she possibly can! Why, she has the loving nature of a Tsundere and just as possessive as a Yandere, clinging to those who she holds her close to her heart and becoming jealous should their friends come around. To show her love, one will become close, very close to the fox. Why, to show her love, those that she holds close will be tucked away into her belly. This will allow for her to be as close as one possible can to anyone that she holds close. Kyu is one who holds grudges, she doesn't forgive easily and she doesn't forget, a vengeful fox. For those who wrong her, watch out! She gives people only one chance and if they mess it up, too bad! Its not likely that she'll give one a second chance and if she does, one has to do something to make it up to her! If she says that she'll get someone back then she'll get them back with a carefully devised plan! The Kitsune is a bit of a hot head at times, becoming angered if anyone talks ill about her mother. If that happens then she'll refrain from beating them up and instead, will simply punch the one doing so, hard and berate them. To help with her anger, Kyubei can be seen meditating from time to time, training her spirit.
Kyubei, like her mother is very adept at using magic but her magically power isn't as strong as her mother's yet. In the years that Kyubei had trained in preparation to embark on her personal quest to free her mother, had trained with her mother's elite minions. Ketri's elite minion's built up the Kitsune's hand to hand combat skills little by little each day that she trained with them. The training was difficult and exhausting but the outcome would be very worth it. As a result of all of her training, Kyubei is very skilled in hand to hand combat. While in battle, she seeks out her opponent's weak points and exploits them to defeat those that she faces in combat. The Kitsune attacks very swiftly and gracefully, never attacking in one place. The sorceress mix black magic into her fighting and whenever she does this, can emply attacks that can stun and or paralyze her foe, used to end a fight quickly. The Kitsune has several tricks at her disposal that she'll use when fighting. Disarming shot: This is a beam of dark magic who's power is determinant to that of the user's magical strength. Seeing as Kyubei has dedicated each and everyday to her magical studies in order to pursue her dream of being a great sorceress like her mother, her magical strength is now very impressive for someone of her age. As a result, Kyubei's Disarming Shot does a LOT of damage to those that it hits. For those that it hits, not only will they be damaged but if they're holding a weapon, it'll fly out of their grasp, disarmed. Magical Guard: This allows for Kyubei to take half the damage that she would normally receive from a physical or magical attack! Magical Reflect: This allows for Kyubei to deflect magical attacks back at the user! With these skills, Kyubei shall defeat all those that try to stand in the way of her personal quest!
Log 1: 11/15/17-Kyu's quest to free her mother has been one that has allowed for her to pursue her dream of becoming a great sorceress like her mother. It has also allowed for her to learn about the world around her. The world around her is a wondrous place. The valley west of Sylinda's capitol city, Radia was Kyu's next destination on her quest. Within the valley, was a forest unlike any other. The forest seemed more like a jungle with how overgrown it was! It was a sign that humanity had left this forest be. The very air was filled with ancient magic, it filled Kyu, surrounded her. The forest was the ideal place for her to do her magical studies! It was here that she met the spirit who protected this mystical forest,
Nikiri. The two got along fairly well and soon became friends. Though, the blossom of friendship had bloomed in between the two, something else was blossoming in between the two, something more. Spending time with one another within the forest, Nikiri eventually expressed her feelings for Kyu and in turn, Kyu expressed her feelings for the lamia. In her heart, she knew that she was the one who she would love forever and ever and care for throughout her quest and even when it was over!
Log 2: 3/12/18: Continuing on her personal quest to free her mother, Kyu's quest has brought her to Menai, the hometown of her archenemy,
Nella_! Luckily for the young mage, she was simply passing through the small farming town. It was here that she met a very interesting visitor.
Uvas, a mage from the far off land of Ocrune. After hearing of a slew of disappearances around the Mt. Etoi area, traveled to Sylinda to investigate. However, Kyu revealed that she was fifteen years too late. It seemed as if Ocrune receieved news from the outside world slower than other parts of the world!
Afterwards, Kyu requests of the wolfess help in her personal quest to free her mother, to help the young mage in her magical training. Uvas then tells Kyu not to follow her mother's shadow, to follow her own path. To which, Kyu lets go in one ear and out the other. Beginning thier magical training, Kyu and Uvas makes their way out into the Sylindan Plain. It was there that she was taught all that Uvas knew. Kyu was taught how to use the three basic elemental spells, ice, fire and thunder. Though, she throws in her own creative twists when executing the spells. Lastly, Uvas taught her how to make pocket dimensions for storage of anything in Kyu's possession.
After her magical training with Uvas concluded, Kyu makes a very interesting decision. From this point forth, she would no longer follow in her mother's shadow nor would she follow her ambition. If she continued to do so then she would surely befall a fate similar to that of her mother or worse. Kyu would follow her own path, free of her mother's shadow. She was certain that her mother would understand her decision. On this day, Kyu had not only received training that in turn, helped for her magical power to grow, bringing her one step closer to freeing her mother. But she had also met Uvas, a mage who helped her make a very important decision in her life. A decision that has her walking her own path, a path that'll lead to her growing and maturing as a person.
Log 3: 5/14/18-Continuing on her quest, Kyu decided to stay in the area around Mt. Etoi in order to become strong enough to free her mother from the sealed chest. Whilst studying magic, the young mage met a rather interesting individual,
Exalted_Knight. He seemed very interested in the shrine in which the sealed chest was within. After guiding him to the shrine at the base of the mountain, she asks for him to help her free her mother. However, he refuses. The knight's heroic drivel only served to irritate the vixen. Seeing as he refused to help, he was against her. And thus, she challenged him to combat. In the end, she was forced to flee after he nearly killed her. As a result of this encounter, two things happened. 1: It made her hate heroes. Not just Nella but all heroes! 2:It was a wake up call to be very cautious around heroes and that not all of them are like Nella. Some of them will kill without hesitation!
Log 4: 11/1/18-Continuing on her quest, Kyu returned to the forest in which her wife,
Nikiri resided. There, she told the serpent her plans for her and it was something that would allow for the two to become close, very close. What did Kyu have in mind? Why, she wanted to devour her wife in order to gain her next tail! Of course, Nikiri absolutely loved the idea and allowed for Kyu to devour her. After digesting and turning Nikiri into a tail, the serpent's soul was merged with her own. What this meant, was that Kyu and Nikiri were now as close as they could possibly be~ Did this mean that she was gone for good? No! From time to time, the serpent will assume a spiritual form in order to spend time with her loving foxy wife.
Log 5: 4/21/19- Continuing on her personal quest to free her mother, Kyu met the demoness,
Rinako. The young mage told the demoness about her quest and of course, her mother's fate of being sealed within the sealed chest. The demoness agreed to help and explained that they needed to travel into the warp. The warp is the space between all realms and worlds. Mostly known to be the home of the four chaos gods, Khorne, Slaanesh, Nurgle and Tzeentch. The one who was to give Kyu the power to gain her sixth tail, Kairos, resided within the realm of Tzeentch. Traveling into the warp, Kyu learned that the realms that resided within were very dangerous. In turn, she quickly learned that she needed to grow up, mature! After a long journey across the realms, they finally reached Kairos' tower in the realm of Tzeentch. There, she receieved a container. After offering up some of her blood, it opened! With it opened, the two returned to the mortal plain. Back in Sylinda, Kyu extracted from the container, a scroll. Upon it, was the means to gain her sixth tail. Burning the scroll, she allowed for the flames to merge into her soul, a painful process. But once she did so, she had gained her sixth tail! Kyu's journey through the demonic realms had caused the fox to mature quite a bit! Now, she travels towards Menai, hoping to get Nella to free her mother.
