Meet Victoria Bennett, better known by her ring name Larceny.
Well, her gamertag, actually. You may have come across her in this or that fighting game, or just as likely seen her reviews on puzzle, farming, role-playing and other games. Or her etsy shop. Or her soundcloud, or her art gallery. And it might be a stretch to say better known, considering how out and about she tends to be in the real world, working all kinds of odd, seasonal and contractual jobs. Other hobbies include mountain climbing, backpacking, board games, visiting museums and libraries... she's definitely in a lot of places.
But a lucario is supposed to be the stalwart warrior type, right? Well... she's not not. Preferring a more relaxed and rounded form of training to the whole facing death on a frozen mountain thing, she's the type to value reflection a lot more than effort, learning something from a wide variety of experiences. This lends her an eye for systems of energy and just where to put her own to subvert it; anyone screwing around will find out quick enough how practical that can be. Able to shift from a casual air into her style that combines just enough aiki, judo and boxing to avoid being called brawling and back again with liquid grace, she doesn't get many repeat challengers – just as well, she's usually not the one starting fights.
...Ofcourseshemight just go ahead and intrude on one in progress, or get between an obvious aggressor and their quarry. Maybe her fighter's blood drives her, or a sense of justice, but when she judges a situation to warrant intervention she tends to be the one who finishes things.
Her fighting style is very loose, flowing, freeform, almost like she isn't really fighting someone as much as doing yoga or tai chi by herself. An observer might see elements of aiki, judo, and boxing - particularly the mobility of this latter discipline – but each departs as swiftly as it arrives, like an apparition of form. Naturally, this makes her very hard to hit or predict.
She's not usually looking to inflict damage so much as neutralize a threat, but there are times the two are one and the same, and she's more than capable. Saving her energy and going for what will work over what looks impressive, she might bend back a finger, dislocate a joint, trip someone who's not paying attention to their balance, even use her words to guide an opponent... and then, she might counterpunch at just the right time and angle to drop a foe, or slam an elbow into something vulnerable with the weight of her whole body.
That is, if she feels threatened. If she's up against someone displaying something neat or novel, she might just try to steal it mid-fight. “Like this?” she might ask as she just casually picks up your butterfly kick or complex footwork. But don't feel too bad about it, she probably won't trust it to finish the job if she didn't come up with it.
A relaxed kind of mastery over her body is apparent, as she barely has any discernible ins or outs to what's considered 'fight mode' compared to the rest of the time, though it goes a bit further than just muscle control. She starts to stretch the limits of belief a little in more dire situations, standing up after swaying too far back, dodging too easily for how little movement she puts into it, even having just a little too much hang time in cases where she needs to jump out of the way. It might be an application of her aura, but if so, it's never visible. Not even in the form of an aura sphere, as far as anyone knows...
But it hardly matters just how far that can go. It barely ever comes out before she scores a submission anyway, in the form of a pin, lock, knockout, tap out, or those most inescapable holds; down the throat or up the butt. Victims of this last tactic had better count their blessings she's not the type to melt them down for the protein, but they might be staying a while... hours, days, or maybe longer if they don't convince her they've learned their lesson. The worst part is it's hardly even an inconvenience to her to carry the extra weight around – much more comfortable than lead vests or leg straps.
Actually, the worst part might be that she's known to go a little past simple mimicry after the fact. It's one thing for her to instantly pick up a move you've spent years working your way up to, but after enough time stewing in lucario guts, you might find she's stolen even the fancier things. Like your magic, your transformations, your memories, and whatever else might come in handy. She might even learn how to play the jazz flute off you. And this should be just enough distraction to not notice your wallet and keys being missing.
Nothing yet.
- OOC approaches and a bit of a how do you do are greatly preferred.
- A setting of some kind is desirable, can be simple or deep as preferred. Nothing wrong with meeting in a forest as long as it isn't the hundredth time in a row.
- Plans are neat, but chaos and surprises are fun too. Definitely easier to get a good sense of what's mutually enjoyable with some chat and having played for a while; shooting an ooc message like ((Hey can I try X?)) if in doubt is excellent.
- For convenience, some ready to go scenarios include:
- Something different:
Putting it up front, don't feel constrained to these at all. Shoot me your ideas and let's have a look.
- Neutralizing a bully:
Play the bully or the victim, whatever you're into.
- Master/Student Relationship:
Show up at the crack of noon and get ready to paint a fence. Or 'assist' with various training.
- Out and About:
Bump into each other over similar interests or haunts.
- Challenge:
Have a beef with the lucario? Let's see how far that gets.
- Larceny is basically pred, and is more likely to let someone stew until they've smartened up than digest them.
- Fights can be fun scenes, but are not mandatory. It's also fine to get into the dirt of them, brush over the details, or decide who's basically going to win in advance. Very flexible here.
- Her kind of rough and gentle treatments blend into one another, if either is a problem please mention beforehand.
- Same-size is great, size difference is cool, not a big fan of full micro/macro.
- Partner preference (genders, species, etc) is really not set in stone, we might vibe, we might not.
- However, underage characters are a hard no.
- Larceny is likely to use oral or anal vore on someone, rarely anything else.
- IF she ends up being prey, not a fan of genital vores, otherwise go nuts.
- Not particularly looking for sex or similar with this character.
- And a whole bunch more that can be included (She might not be the one instigating some):
