Merevas

Merevas. She's incredibly young, for a demon, but her soul is older. In fact, she is a soul. A physical manifestation of the core of Saverem's being. The gothic young woman has always been dark at heart, and her relationship with her girlfriend the partially demonic goddess Balis has further warped and twisted the mortal girl's immortal soul. Time and again she's died screaming and moaning at the hands of her beloved (and others), her spirit going to Balis's realm to be encased in a new body. Well, that's happened often enough that a part of Rem has become truly corrupted...

...and has been made manifest as a genuine demon. Merevas is and isn't Saverem. She's Saverem with the brakes off, every hedonistic and gluttonous urge given free reign. She's a mix of the abyssal darkness inside Saverem and inside Balis. She's hungry.

Although she's the same height as the woman and shares a facial structure, there are blatant differences. Her figure is a bit more idealized, a reflection of mutual lust. Her eyes are golden iris's pinned on inky black sclera with a vertical diamond of a pupil. Her hair is the same raven shade, but much longer. Her ears are slender and pointed, sticking out below forward-curving horns. Like any good demon she has wings and a spade-tipped tail, the former a touch on the small side; she stays aloft by magic more than these appendages when she chooses to fly.

Merevas and Saverem share a soul. Merevas is Saverem's soul, and as such, they're never incarnate at the same time. Merevas knows everything Saverem does, but the opposite isn't always true. She sometimes chooses to hide things from her human, conscious mind. Thus, if you meet Merevas, Saverem might be quite oblivious!

Merevas can't become her other self at will, but can take over from Saverem's body. It's....a messy affair.
