N3UTR4 is a "Enviromental Protection" subject through its special abilities. Whenever Neutra ((Given by the guards who watched her)) consumes a organisim she is able to replicate it perfectly. How this is done is unknown but from the fact she usually encompasses purple into her forms shows she has full control. As such she is the perfect subject to examine when the need for endangered or otherwise threatened species arose.

Very approachable and kind she is considered a low threat, unless a object she hasn't devoured yet comes into eye view. When this situation happens she goes into a predatory mode. She will do anything to devour and assimilate the said object when this happens. However she has shown restraint in the past. Discouragment tests have made her control much easier.

NOTE: After taking the form of a scientist, the form which she used to escape. It is now evident that she is able to "mold" forms. It is suggested that this is done from memory while using pigmentation from her forms to replicate. The guard on duty easily being tricked has since been terminated. She is still on the loose and is considered a high value target. Target MUST BE TAKEN ALIVE!!!
