Neo is a tyrant within and outside the Nexus, Eat you? No no no he would never eat living meat. His monsterous hoards of soldiers on the other hand oh they wouldnt mind eating you in anyway.
Sometimes Neo forgets to feed his crew so he would make pit stops and let them pillage through the lands and villages for prey.
Neo does have some magical abilities mostly with conjuring and healing, a bit of ice elemental magic is also something he uses.
While in the Nexus he would ether be found surrounded by mindless drones maybe even one of his generals come time to fight he normally rather stay within a large carrier armed to the teeth with cannons and stocked full of mechas.
Though he is a nasty person he has a weak spot, show him a crying child and it will cause him to stop. Sometimes even just a child alone is enough to end his bloodlust and call off his 'dogs' regardless he is against harming children unless he doesnt see it.
His main love is tinkering with mechas and gear sometimes even testing it out on some unfortunate soul.
Well that should be about all stop by say hello and hope Neo isn't in a foul mood.
-Open for most approaches I don't like overly prey characters nor male preds.
-I am ok with IC approaches and enjoy all types of approaches as long as told before hand.
-I have almost no limits but I dont care for mind control... if a roleplay revolves around one person contorling the other thats just no fun.
-definately Prey to little girls (honestly not because I think their hot but because I dont want to hurt em)
- Tends to be easily seduced

Generals: (Do not be afraid to ask for them)
General_Eva : The assult strike and assassin leader
Zack_Sniper : Single assassin tends to stick to small groups
Twins_Mary_Zero : The strongest of the generals, but not the brightest
Cyborg_Lucy : Very underdressed for fighting but is more intelegence based
SoldierMrShimigami : Soldier with a flawless record... but only for himself
Omen_Specialist : General and Doctor of the army
