Background - With the funds coming from Tsuda Enterprises and agreement to form the PMC under the Lonestar Initiative, it needed a leader or a face for the group. Tsuda and many that would be known as 'the Council', interviewed many possible canditidates that could be this leader and after two weeks of going through a lot of people they eventually agreed on Edward, better known as Phantamanta.
Edward himself is an engima as to where he came from, outside from his strong desire to bring justice to the city and soon nation and world to control and keep metas and those with super powers from destroying humanity and themselves. While his methods are argubly questionable at best it gets results and, as agreed, Lonestar acts out of government involvement outside of funding.

Personaility - Noble and just, a white knight if one words it. Though there is something under the surface that may or may not show his true colors.

Oddly his powers, if any, are never disclosed. Many who have seen him have been writted and sworn to agree to never speak of what he can do, as this may end up finding someone who devices a way to counter him.
