You know how sometimes things happen that are really convenient to the plot, but might not make a whole lot of sense? Like how the most important characters in a town all manage to survive the town being razed, even though literally no one else does? Well, the Plot Convenience Fairies are to thank for that! These girls have the power to make just about anything happen, as long as it's helpful to the plot. And when they're not on duty in the Plot Convenience Booth, they enjoy playing pranks on humans and having all sorts of fun.
The following characters are employed as Plot Convenience Fairies:

Sunny Milk (right side of image)
This fairy takes power from sunlight, and is able to use that power to manipulate light waves, making things invisible or changing how they look. When the sun is down, her powers are weaker. Triplets with Luna and Star.

Luna Child (left side of image)
This fairy takes power from moonlight, and is able to use that power to manipulate sound waves, making things inaudible or changing how they sound. Her powers are strongest under a full moon. Triplets with Sunny and Star.

Star Sapphire (center of image)
This fairy takes power from starlight, and is able to use that power to detect movement in a large area around her. She generally acts as the lookout when she and her sisters are playing pranks. Unlike her sisters, her powers are the same strength, day or night. Triplets with Sunny and Luna.

Utsuho "Okuu" Reiuji (not shown)
For some reason, this busty, dimwitted, nuclear hell raven also got a job in the Plot Convenience Booth. She's a walking temple to the God of Sunspots, and is able to make use of the nuclear power of the sun.
