Pumpki

Name: Pumpki Monder
Species: Jack-o-Lantern Charmander (Or Jack-o-mander, if you prefer)
Pumpki is a strange charmander. If it were just for his face-painted Jack-o-Lantern mouth or the actual mini Jack-o-Lantern on his tail, he may have just been seen as liking Halloween and celebrating it all the time, but both of those, plus the fact that his eyes seem to be actually candlelights (they aren't, but it seems that way) make him the strangest charmander you've ever seen. Not to mention the fact that the facepaint seems to have a different meaning at times.... it seems the best word to use for him is "strange". It's not a bad thing, though....
Anyone who goes missing after meeting him usually comes back in a little while... like already said, it's strange. Even stranger is the fact that he always looks like this... hm... Well, the best way to find out about him would be to approach, so try it! Just don't be surprised if you end up... somewhere small.
Ok, I've kept this a secret long enough: Pumpki is "Half-in, Half-out". What's that mean? Well, it means he's half spirit. (If he were to take the small Jack-o'-lantern off his tail, you'd be able to see that his tailflame, while bright, is unnaturally small for a healthy Charmander. He's not sickly, though.) This allows him to see into the spirit realm, so if a ghost pokemon were to vanish within his line of sight, he'd still be able to see them. Also, he can tap into his spirit side, which will change his appearance slightly; His eye flames will start moving like real flames, and his facepaint... will become his actual mouth. His voice will also grow raspy. He calls this form his "Jacked out" form, as in "Jack-o'-Lantern".
Also, he smells like pumpkin spice, heh :3
And his breath smells like pumpkin pie, which ends up smelling burnt if he breathes fire or smoke.
The inside of his stomach looks and feels like pumpkin flesh, but that's the only likeness to pumpkin on his insides. You won't be digested into seeds and pumpkin pulp, but his digestive juices are orange and also smell like fresh pumpkin pie. In fact, it's where the scent of his breath comes from. Also, when he's got prey inside him, a strange, incorporeal light appears, allowing people to see the silhouettes of his prey from outside him.

John_Griffin Caught him with the Luxury Ball on his necklace, and then gave it to him. (as well as the necklace) As such, Pumpki can no longer be caught.
