River_Dawnscales

Born from an egg in a magic lab, River has always been raised by humans. The man that made his egg hatch was a powerfull archmage by the name of Silver Dawnscales. The newborn kobold was in fact the result of an experience as a lot of magical energy has been sent into the egg, to see if it would improve the magical abilities of the kobold. And so, River was raised by Silver like his own son, being trained to use magic. However the experience that gave him birth wasn't as successfull as the mage thought. River had magical abilities for sure, but he was far form reaching the level of power the mage was expecting. In order to protect his son the mage then made a Phylactery for him, just like Lichs would bring the kobold back to life if anything were to end it.
Understanding that his so called son would never be a great mage, Silver still offered him to help in his work. In fact, he offered him to take care of his magic shop, in wich he would serve adventurers various potions and magical trinkets in order to help them. However if an item was not in the shop, River was allowed to go on an adventure to fetch it, since no matter what happened he would always be brought back to life by the phylactery.

Zane_Allen was really getting too confident. He believe that turning himself into a taur would make him too big for the kobold. He dared River to devour him, but got surprised by the little one and got devoured for a while...
