DRAGONREST
Welcome to the Magnificent city of Dragonrest. This pretty town is filled up with magic and every citizen use it on a daily basis. The city and the lands around it are also protected by a powerfull blessing that makes everyone in it's range reform if anything bad happen to them. Only natural death still occurs naturally, wich lead to a very low mortality overall. Dragonrest is also know as the City of Monsters, mostly because most of it's citizens are of monster species, humans being a minority dues to a long history of wars. Protected by the blessing from the human kingdoms surrounding it, the city is a safe haven for every monster that would want to live peacefully. Here is it normal to see a harpy delivering mail, or a bunch of kobolds playing in the streets. Every specie here is welcomed, however if you have evil intents against the city or it's inhabitants then the blessing stops working on you, making you a potential meal to the hungry monsters in the city. Indeed devouring one another had became quite normal for the city after the humans attempted to block all the food deliveries and food production in order to make Dragonrest starve.
Do not be afraid, Stranger. Feel free to visit our magnificent city. Just don't mess with the guards too much, and pay your respect to the Novae family that protects us. Who knows, maybe will you fall in love with our city and want to move in ? We'll all be glad to welcome anyone new to our beloved town. So look around, have fun and enjoy your stay~

They attempted to find a way to stop this nonsense and came across a dragon with godly powers that granted their wish in exchange for their humanity. Now part dragons, their family recieved the duty to protect the city from harm as now their destiny was directly linked to the one of the city since the blessing would stop if the last one of their bloodline was to die for good...
Jenovah is the last of her family after her parents were tricked outside of town to be murdered, she lived prisonner of the city she is destined to protect. Understanding her role, she refused to leave the city, but by doing so she became quite bored and wish for new experiences. She greet all strangers with a lot of kindness and is attracted to anything that comes from outside.

The protection of the city is assured by the guards. However the best of them join a special unit called the Hunters. If you feel like you're in danger around Dragonrest, feel free to go see them as they will do their best to protect you and find those that cause you troubles. But don't bother them to do false accusations, as you will be the one punished instead.

Shops and Services
The Magic Shop feat. River_Dawnscales
Potions and Magic trinkets •
On the main road of town, you can see a small magic shop... or at least it look small from the outside. Inside you will find a little kobold boy smiling at you and offering all kind of trinkets and potions that he and his master make. His master is always absent for his research, so instead River is working as a shopkeeper and an alchimist. You will find here all kind of magic trinkets, rings and amulets that will protect you along with a bunch of magical potions that can turn a simple man into a mighty adventurer... for a time. River also offer to go fetch some ingredients along with adventurers in order to make even stronger potions.
River is not your average kobold. He's been magically enhance since birth by his master and father adoptive father in order to create a kobold able to use high level magic. River learned magic with mighty wizards and his father even created a phylactery in order to protect him from death if he was to leave Dragonrest in order to get some ingredients for potions.

Dragonrest's finest and strongest alcohol can be found at the Misty Steps. Come and meet the lovely shortstack staff here to serve you. And don't forget to be nice or else the boss might get a bit angry and hungry at you.
The Centaur Taxi Service feat. Nathalia
Taking you for the ride of your life •
In Dragonrest, not everyone is walking through the town. At some locations, you can call a Centaur Taxi. They will take you anywhere around town for a very low price and a lot faster than where your feet can carry you. However with this speed, it is not recommanded to be on their back if you're not used to riding, so they also offer to carry you inside of them. Just put your valuables in their saddlebags to be sure they won't get damaged in the process.
Nathalia is probably one of the fastest taxi in town. With her you'll always reach your destination... but her speed comes with a fast metabolism. The faster she run, the more risk you take of being digested by the time you reach destination. Aside from that, she's a very nice gal and if you're talkative maybe she'll tell you about the time she was an adventurer.

Citizens and Aventurers
Everen the Shaman feat. Everen
Kobold adventurer •
Everen has been raised by a dragon like all of her tribe. Mistreated by the mighty beast, she was often forced to perform difficult tasks that she could barely do on her own, forcing her to find ways to do it. In that regard, she learned shamanic magic, using the elements around her to be able to do those nearly impossible tasks. However one day as she came back to the den after training, she discovered that everyone got slaughtered by adventurers, including the dragon. Taking her chance, Evy decided to go and live on her own. Since she believed adventurers to have save her from slavery, she decided to become one and so she began visiting the lands in search for treasures and loot.
One day, she discovered Dragonrest and was amazed by it. In here she was not discriminated and so she began selling her adventuring loot here. When she's not adventuring, she can be found at the Misty Steps, in search for more adventures or peoples that would want to buy her loot.

Victoria Astra the Witch feat. Victoria_Astra
A powerfull aura in a voluptuous body •
Victoria is a powerfull witch that used to live far from humans. Chased down by them, she decided to go live in Dragonrest. She now teaches magic on her free time. Peoples says that she might be the reason some orphans vanishes from time to time and never come back. However there has never been any proof of it, and she always act nicely to everyone... so nobody really knows what to think of her.
Entertainment and Activities
The Coliseum feat. Vore_Arena

The Arena is the main entertainment in Dragonrest. This place allows challengers to come and fight for everyone to see. Since death in battle is never the end, most fights ends in one of the opponent devouring the other one and digesting them in front of the crowd. However, some criminals are also sent to the arena as a form of death sentence since they will fight until they eventually meet their doom.
The ringleader and owner of the arena is Megai, a demoness that can extend her nearly unlimited powers inside of the arena. She is very nice and pleasant, finding no reason to be evil as she find total satisfaction within the arena.

The Black Lotus Onsen feat. Tukiko
Relaxation for body and soul •
The Black Lotus Onsen is a place dedicated to pleasure and relaxation. You can even decided to stay in the onsen for a few days, being taken care by Tukiko and her employees.
