Sparks once had a dream, where he was encountered by a special Smeargle,(
Chagall) who turned him into paint by splatting him with some. The paint spread all around his body, turning him into paint, inside and out. He found he could absorb things, and took out his revenge on the Smeargle. Upon waking, a Musharna gave him the ability to change to this form just by willing it as he tries to get to sleep.
