Syng

Hiya! This is all about Syng's life up till now, and things that happen later will pop up here too!

Standing at about 5'6 and 160 pounds (though it's constantly shifting depending on who's inside of him) This little fella is the mix of three different specimens! Something humanoid, add a little furry critter with long ears and a tail for asthetic and partial adaptation of skills from the animal for added benefit, and a third race that remains secret, and all that you can tell is that it's the one that gave Syng his ability to use and utilize magics.

Now, with how long he's been down here you'd think that he'd be a little more used to the customs down here! But...for Syng, he's still got this innocence about him that keeps him distant from understanding certain feelings and why they happen, along with not understanding why something might be wrong or bad. But! He's still a mischievous little guy! But that's only because he's a curious kinda guy! Hence...why he works at the library of the school he's attending.

Currently, Syng is enrolled in a university to extend his knowledge in arcane arts, spellcraft, and anything else that helps him interact with the world and its people. He spends a lot of his time reading these books, talking to folks when he can, and in his off time away from his job he likes to go jogging, or...well, he found an ancient archive down beneath the current library he works at.

Now this Library beneath the current one is full of awesome creatures and old papers! But...Syng just thinks this is another thing that's common here. So he's not really got any reason to tell anyone where he learns these cool spells and gets all these cool knick-knacks, right? Aside from that, it's now part of his daily routine to wander down below and manage these archives too! Cleaning them up, dusting and dispatching of any "pests" wandering about. Usually it's just a bunch of weird, big creatures that oughta be dangerous to a person, but Syng has learned how to either deal with them through killing them, containing them, or making weird pets out of them. Mostly with the help of these strange books detailing all sorts of ways to take care of these things.

After all his busy work for the day, Syng likes to wander around a bit to see if he can't catch one of his friends for the daily routine of going out for some really good after school snacks around the area! One he's quite fond of right now is this noodle place his pal Milo works at. Usually he tries to plan his visits towards the end of Milo's shift to walk home with him, n-no particular reason...like any crush on the little fella or anything, it's strictly for the parting of knowledge to eachother! And...h-help in understanding and trying out new things on eachother so he doesn't startle anyone in public. Y'know...f-favors in private for rare magical secrets.

All in all, he's pretty innocent and mischievous when it comes to things, but hopefully he can make some good friends!

Yes, Syng is from space! Believe it or not, he is the result of the blood sweat and tears between a group of strange beings and human scientists to create an artificial life form that could contain and utilize the power of magic. Syng is the first of many complete synthetic organic creations who can actually wield magic, like any living creature in this solar system.

While his birth and creation was an amazing breakthrough in magitek, Syng himself was never raised as a sorcerous being until he was of age and had finally learned from his surrogate family that he is indeed capable of magic! He was then given the opportunity to choose where he wanted to go for his post-secondary education, and he of course chose an esteemed magical school down on earth, where the concept of this whimsical magic first came to be! He always loved reading about earthly fairy tails and wizards and witches, knights and dragons and all sorts of cool things!

Though...never having been around that many people, he's not very used to how to act properly around people. More as an example...if he sees two people kiss, he might greet a brand new friend with a kiss as well, assuming that's a normal thing that everyone on that planet does. So there's a lot of potential for him to misunderstand proper behavior at first!

Little things to note about Syng

His body can conduct electricity in an odd way, and it allows him to store it up, and use it how he pleases. He doesn't do this often...but this can range from shooting lightning from his fingertips to sending tingles through someone elses body to make them relax or get riled up.

His eyes are also something given to him by one of the races that were used in creating him. They change color based on mood, and the inner circles change shape to show various expressions even when his face refuses to. In a way that kinda prevents him from lying? But not always. It's somewhat controllable.

Equipment

The few things he owns are his magical box, he NEVER lets anyone see it, except his creator.

The other thing he owns is a strange lock hooked onto the choker around his neck that occassionally glows and won't come off for just about anything. The only person who can actually touch it and have an effect on it is his creator, and owner. It's a very special gift from them, and he takes a great offense to those trying to take it, break it, or mess with it.

Now he isn't really aware of this, but the locket around his choker is the reason why the secret passage beneath the library opened up into a forgotten archive that was protected by barriers. So..there's that.

Stuff that goes here are things you should pay attention to, and most likely will be huge yes and no's in the future if I feel the need to put anything here.

Please don't be afraid to approach! I'm not that good at running up to everybody I like, and I can be pretty shy .u.; Other than that for now, I'll usually be really blunt with you if I'm not interested at the moment.
