Tortis

Another ported character from my Obscuremon alt.
Tortis is sort of a strange one; his stomach seems to have a mind of its own, so much so that he gave it a name; Billy. "Billy" has a tendency to make Tortis say the absolute WRONG thing in regards to his hunger when, well, hungry. If he gets too hungry, though, Billy takes over. Tortis's eyes will glaze over and he'll start doing whatever possible to get the nearest person inside him, like a zombie, he's essentially controlled by his hunger at this point.
He likes to use the ball in his shell to slide into prey and swallow them feet first.
