Yami_No_Rodo

"So, you're saying there's another me running around, and that he's a whimp? Oh, this won't do at all."

For every universe, there is one that is equally and oppositely constructed. Well, at least one. The Multiverse Theory is one that, given the very structure of the Nexus, has some merit. After all, you see one or two of the same familiar faces running around. Such is the case here with Rodo Hiamaru, or, rather the 'Shadow of the Rodo most of you are familiar with.'

In his universe, he was not the product of slavery. He was the product of war. Tired of being ignored by the other powers of the world, his father used the Iuluna Stone, a powerful magical relic controlling all 'unnatural' sources of magic in the world (to be more specific, those that did not belong to certain races, such as humans, whom only had magic due to the stone's presence) to assert domination, fusing with it to become a tyrant warrior king. Rodo was born in the palace years after this, and was trained to be an assassin by his father to dispatch annoyances. Unfortunately for the Archmage King, he did not expect his advisors to council with Rodo and request that he take his father's stead via means of execution.

As such, this Rodo ripped the Iuluna Stone out of his sleeping father's chest before rending his neck asunder with fierce, dark magic.

It was hard to deny that he had killed his father, though his subjects did not seem to care (initially) as the old king was quite the tyrant, and had been rather strict with his people, forcing man, Nekomahji, dryad and Dralden (Draconian Dwarves, to be specific) to work tirelessly to improve it. Rodo, initially, was apparently far more lax... Though this was mostly a ruse so he could benefit from the criminal activities of the Kingdom. Most dared not accuse such things due to his power and the fact that, despite this, life seemed to be generally better for the majority of people. Any that dared were silenced quickly, often never seen again.

In time, Rodo became bored of his empire and the lack of... Well, challenge. Most people were too spineless to stand up to him, as mentioned. Those that were often had nothing to combat his mastery of magic. He thought he would be doomed to such boredom, until Dorinda showed up. This interpretation of Rodo is one of the few individuals to know her by name, mostly because she had no reason to disguise herself from him. She proposed to him that he could travel between planes, particularly to that of the Nexus itself, where another version of him awaited, full of potential yet untapped. The darker version thought this could prove fairly entertaining, as he could sculpt the other variation of him into a fitting opponent, or perhaps another apprentice. That aside, the promise of new worlds to explore and new technology to experience was alluring enough.

Of course, he was quite surprised when he got here. Particularly by, well, vore culture. Still, he adapted quite quickly, with much thanks given to the more perfect fusion (moreso than that of his father) between himself and the Iuluna Stone. He now wanders the Nexus, seeking out Rodo and other individuals of interest... And, to avoid confusion when in the presence of others with Rodo, he will ask to be referred to as Yami. After all, he does seem to be the darker sort.

He is often seen wearing girlish or tight-fitting clothing. His eyes are a bright blue, and his hair and fur are white, contrasting the 'normal' Rodo's black hair and fur. He may be just a touch older than him, as well.

-Abilities-

Reformation: The Iuluna Stone embedded in his chest allows for an incredible regeneration factor, to the point that, so long as a fragment of the stone survives, Yami no Rodo is practically impossible to kill. This detail can be left out of scenes for those without a love of Reformation.

Magical Absorption: Yami no Rodo, unlike his counterpart, has mastered the art of absorbing magic through the stone in his chest. If he is aware they are inbound, most magical spells will have no negative effect. Instead, he will absorb the energy expelled when it makes contact, as well as any data or formulae relevant to the spell. This makes him an incredibly difficult opponent for other mages.

Enhanced Agility: Yami no Rodo is graceful, agile, and quick. These skills particularly revolve around combat.

Elemental Affinity - Lightning: Unlike the regular Rodo, this variation has elemental powers revolving around electricity, and as such is practically impervious to the element, whether it's hurled at him magically or otherwise. He can also call upon it whenever necessary.

Elasticity: A given in a vorish community. While he plays both sides of the coin, as he's not shy to new experiences and is occasionally caught off guard by physically stronger opponents, he prefers the role of a predator, and has adapted to engulf victims his size or larger whole.
