can often be seen around the seaside or working in her small surf shop, sitting on her tail and levitating to reach the higher shel-

As it turns out, this Beach Bunny's more of a Beach Mouse; She's an Alolan Raichu, gifted with a mix of psychic and electric abilities.
She can levitate on her tail, spark electric shocks, and even read minds, though she tends not to do that last one too often. It's not
cool to peek into people's heads, after all!
However, Zoe does have quite the mind for money, always ready to promote her store or make a sale, a trait she picked up after buying her store, Hekili's Surf Shack®, from its previous owner. Still, this isn't to say she's all about the money; she's not. But she does like having a bit of spare cash to spend.
