What's the story, here?
Throughout the Park, it could never be said the locals don't have a good time. Most enjoy what occurs here, wether or not they admit it, and almost everyone seems to have a way to come back. But what if one doesn't? How would they be able to return from the nether, to walk the Park once more? A system has been introduced, through a collaboration between a Planeswalker ( Dvinn ) and a Rave Dragon ( Sonetta ); giving all those intangible souls a clear cut way of returning to the Park. Magical ability is irrelevant, scientific knowledge disregarded, one simply has to find a Digistruct; and become registered. This doesn't have to be done while the person is still alive, but it is highly recommended to do so if you'd like to keep your things! The registration process can be.. intimate, but once it's complete; a new body will be constructed for whomever shall fall the moment their soul leaves the original. The system is capable of giving fully flesh and blood forms, complete with every item/ability a person might have; but it does have a cost. A tiny bit of ones' essence is kept within the system, very much like a Cookie Cache; but over time, this will eventually drain someone of their soul. This would require literally thousands of 'rebirths', so it's regarded as a negligable thing; but not so to the main two manifestations the system takes. Each essence adds a little personality, more form to the bodies created by the Digistruct Refinery. Each contribution furthers' the machines ability to become something of its own.. a real figure, not simply a reconstructed copy.
To find the refinery, one must simply listen to the music. Thanks to the enormous amounts of power it takes to run the network, it's been given it's own power source that has no concievable end to its potential energy. This means the entire refinery is constantly in motion, always powered, and will always have blaring music erupting from its grounds. Mostly, it plays 120bpm Electronic Dance Music, seemingly on a loop for presumably all time. It can be changed, though, if a registered individual wishes for it to be so. At all times, a festival rages outside of its perimeter. From 12am and back again, the music never stops, and neither does the assembled crowd. Having heard from Sonetta that this place exists buried within the Forest of the Park; many of Downtowns' best dancers have made their way to the Refinery. Most have taken up residence within, including Sonetta on more than one occasion, and can usually be found nearby. Entry is free, one simply must walk up and join in. They will eventually be approached by a Manifestation, and the Registration process can begin.
