Roman Torchwick seemed to have been in quite alot of luck after joining up with
Neo_Fleet being appointed the seat of overlord at the request of his old partner. Roman collects alot of mechas to use in his own private military and even takes prisoners to make into super soldiers using mechanical controlers, these tools can turn the most innocent of people into full blown predators. Roman will however have a knack for picking fights he is not a hundred precent about due to his love for gambling.
WIP But basically a more sadistic/darker Roman who has still not forgoten his fued with little red... though maybe even a soft spot for the girl.
