When Scarlett Rae was a small kitten she lived on a farm with her owner, a farmer, and other animals. The farmer tied a yellow sash as a collar to help find her at night. As Scarlett got older she was tasked with the responsibility to hunt mice and similar pests. Naturally, the young kitten grew and became bigger. The problem was that she kept growing and became bigger then most cats should be as well as her appetite. From hunting mice in the house, Scarlett started eating prairie dogs, then rabbits, then chickens, and once a sheep dog that also lived on the farm. After eating the dog, Scarlett's owner intended to take her out back into the woods and shoot her, but instead decided to let her go into the woods.
Scarlett Rae kept growing and became more human over the time of her growth. After 20 years she started to walk on two legs instead of four, grow long gray hair from her head, and developing human shaped breasts. Her mind also developed as she started to speak "human" and developed a nasty habit of deceiving potential prey and predators alike.
PHYSICAL TRAITS
Scarlett is an anthro black cat with green eyes, with a large white spot on her back with "socks" otherwise known as having white fur on her paws and feet. She's measures about 5ft and weights only 95lbs with medium-length grey hair. She wears only 3 pieces of clothing. A tattered white tanktop, a shredded pair of jean shorts, and her yellow sash that's tied on her right arm that used to be her collar.
Although she walks on two legs normally, she will be on all fours if she's stalking a potential prey. Her body has a healthy and lean build granting her a decent level of strength to pin prey around the same size or smaller then her. Her slim body also gives her excellent balance and swift speed to help escape predators. Scarlett Rae's trump card is her retractable claws at the tip of her fingers which can be used to swipe at the eyes of a predator or to get a good grip on a prey.
PERSONALITY TRAITS
Scarlett felt abandon when her master let her go, so she is very distrustful of anyone. She's crafty and will often smooth talk larger prey to let their guard down. She believes that anything she's smaller then her is below her in the food chain and should always give her proper respect. Despite this, she's very rude to anyone, even if they are larger then her. She's emotionally distant so people who are trying to get some from her will probably find that the only way is to be forceful. Predators bigger then hair can easily restrain her buy pushing their weight down, but catching her is the hard part. When it comes to prey, Scarlett has a bad habit of playing with her food. Small rodents are very unlucky if their caught as she loves to torment them and give them false hopes of escaping before devouring them. She's a bully in every since of the word.
VORE TRAITS
Although she sees herself as being top dog(er, cat). Her big mouth often finds her in the bellies of larger angrier predators. If Scarlett realizes she angered the wrong person,she'll use every trick in the book to avoid winding up on someone's dinner plate. A smart and cunning pred will easily see through her lies and less intelligent preds can simply bound and gag her to keep her quiet, but be careful when devouring her, she's a fighter and she won't stop struggling until every inch of her is digested. Then again, all that squirming would just make a predator feel better, wouldn't it? Once you've caught the cunning cat, she's yours to do whatever (within the RP Pref sliders below! Also whisper me if something you want to do is really unconventional and not mentioned in my preferences) Sometimes during the struggle Scarlett Rae's sash will usually fall off in the process. After she's gone the pred can do whatever he or she may like with it. Keep it as a reminder of a good meal, or just use it as a floss and discard it. =)

As a pred, Scarlett Rae's diet includes (but not limited too) mice, rabbits, birds, lizards, small to medium sized rodents, small dogs and anything else smaller then her. She's a cruel predator who has a real bad habit of playing with her food before swallowing it whole. When she's not hungry, she can be a bit of a bully to any creature she comes across.
As a prey, Scarlette will naturally avoid larger animals. She's deadly afraid of taurs, snakes, nagas, and large dogs. Aside from dogs, she'll freeze in fear for a brief second upon sight of one, use this chance to catch her before she runs off! No pred likes to chase down a prey, or do they?
ABILITIES:
Basic Fighting: The park demands some form of self defense or else you won't see much outside of someone's gullet. Scarlett is in no way, a martial arts master she can only kick, punch, and scratch. Most often against bigger threats she will look for a weapon, like a rock or a giant tree branch. She'll never pick up some lone sword or a gun out of nowhere. She lives in the forest remember?
Agility: Being a cat, she has a good sense of balance and can jump a pretty good distance (a full jump can go 10 feet high!). She's also pretty fast, but a healthy predator will have no problems to keep up her. Relatively speaking, she's 1.5xtimes faster then a normal human.
Charm: Scarlett may think that is her seductive voice and body that wins the heart of her prey and predators but its actually her eyes. Scarlett's eyes reflect light into a focused path into whatever she's looking at. The reflected light is invisible, but whenever the light is being reflected this way, Scarlett's eyes seem to have a glow to them. It's much more noticeable at night. (Provided the moon is giving enough moonlight) If she makes eye contact the receiver will feel very relaxed, results vary on size of those receiving this "look".Very small animals, IE normal sized rodents will fall into a trance-like state that feels like they're under truth-serum. Animals/people who are about the same size as Scarlette will feel soothed and animals/people who are larger then Scarlette will feel a small tingle.
If eye contact is broken, or if there isn't enough light (like being indoors) the effect will immediately wear off. Scarlett herself isn't aware how this fully works. So whenever she's trying to "Charm" someone she's trying to get potential prey to lower their guard and will also use it to distract predators that have her in their clutches. So basically
Highly Effective Against: Animals/people MUCH smaller then Scarlett
Ok against: People the same sized as Scarlett
Not very effective Against: Animals/people MUCH larger then Scarlett.
Does not work on: In places with little to no light, beings that wear glasses, beings that don't make eye contact, or if Scarlett is blindfolded.
OOC Prefs:
DON'T FORGET THE SASH! Scarlett's sash is her only treasure and is a momento of Scarlett herself. It's bright yellow and it will always be on her right arm. It may fall off during the process or some predator may have swallowed it along with the cat. You can also use the sash as proof to someone else that you've caught and ate a very cunning creature. Other uses for a the sash can be but not limited too; floss, napkin, headband, something to wear on your neck, a rag to wipe something up, etc. Even if you don't want the sash, just type that your character ignores it. Only predators can have the sash, as prey are most likely dead.
Snakes and Nagas are welcomed to be a natural predator for Scarlett Rae. I really like constriction and if you want Scarlette to be a "willing" prey just squeeze out some of that excess energy she has. Other predators will find that forcing yourself on her will make her lose a lot of energy as well as she'll be heavily focused on struggling. =)

As far as cooking goes, spit roast is my favorite. You can even be comical if you want IE a large sandwich or something. Anything goes as long as I'm still alive (until eaten that is) since I don't like hard vore, this cat can only feed one. This should work great for any revenge storyline. Oh, and don't forget to seasonings!

Liliata- Scarlett caught the young mermaid sunbathing. After a bit of teasing she swallowed the fish whole.

Silrath-Scarlett picked the wrong tree to climb, as she met face to face with Silrath. The naga easily caught and devoured her in one pounce. Scarlett Rae fought with all her might but it wasn't enough and ended up taking residence inside of Silrath's stomach.
Odontaspis- While hunting a field mouse, Scarlett was ambushed and devoured by Odontaspis, who is probably the politest predator to ever eat her.
What Predator's did with Scarlett's Sash:
Silrath- Coughed up the sash and used it as a napkin after eating the cat. She was very nice to return it by eating the sash again. =)
Odontaspis- Realizing Scarlett's sash was important to her, Odontaspis took her sash and told her that he would keep it safe and promised to give it back to her someday, then he devoured her against her will.
