Sebastion is a rare sight, normally Naga's are notoriously known as being fearsome hunters, dominant on the food chain. Though Sebastion comes with a major flaw, which is being a lot smaller than the average naga. So much so that he stands at about 4 inches form the ground, with a mere 8 inch tail. The small creature with chocolate brown hair, and spring green eyes.
