Dahlia was a normal girl living in a normal village, raised by a loving mother and a caring father. She had a gift for Zeal, Gaterria's term for magic in its truest form. She learned it from a young age and was taught it quite well. But because of her power, people feared her but it wasn't because of the magic...

It was because her mother was Goryn race... a race of dragons who boasted great power as well as the ability to shapeshift into humans and Dahlia as well as her mother were Goryn. Alas though...Dahlia was not her given name. SHe cannot recall her true name.

This most likely had to deal with the strong of events that led to the decimation of her home village where both mother and father alike were slain before her very eyes...then she herself was captured and to be used in an experiment by the craven Dr. Ruthro.

Then after several tests, her new form was granted but it was anything but glamorous. She, along with her new 'friends' escaped the lab and set out on an adventure unlike any other.

But at her journey's end, she would find herself in another world but with amnesia...all her precious memories stolen from her...all her friends and memories of them gone. All that she was left with was her wits, her learned Zeal, her name, and her duty as a messenger of Sylance.

But every now and again, her natural instincts kick up to the point where she has to have a living being for a meal. This was part of who she was and she wasn't changing for anyone.
