A refugee of a lost planet from another world Kara Zor-L is one of the last survivors of Krypton from another Earth. After living her early life on Earth-2 as the cousin of that universe's Kal-L, also known as Superman, reality retcons set in and now she's here in the mainline universe, a counterpart to the already existence Kara Zor-El AKA Supergirl. Just a bit more...grown-up, shall we say.

Yeah, let's not even bother with any more of the pretenses. Power Girl is basically Superman, if he were a big-titty babe. And she damn well knows it. Her tits aren't all she is, she actually runs a successful tech startup under the name of Karen Starr, and she's not what anyone would call promiscuous. But she is absolutely aware of how much attention her boobs get and uses it to her advantage. If they're too busy staring at her rack, they're easier to arrest, after all.
