Born and raised on the outskirts of the Ravatain jungle, Milja has always loved the outdoors and exploration. Even as a wee elfling, she had a knack for taming animals, due to heightened animal empathy skills. As such, she can basically talk to any animal, by just touching them.
Though, her wild and carefree lifestyle does not come without issues for an elf like herself. She often finds herself in dangerous places, having to save herself or hope someone else happens to find her and help her. Insides of all sorts of creatures are not an uncommon place for her, but that is just a part of the taming process!
While she is a bit of a country tomboy, she is also very keen of cities, as she loves socializing herself and her pets with different kinds of people. Her collection keeps growing as she uses Gate magic, to go into other worlds to capture beasts of all kinds, and bring them onto her ranch near Ravatain, where they can live in peace and graze on the fields as her automated feeding machines take care of them. Thus, her goal is to gather more and more of interesting creatures, for research and tourism! Aaand to get her money. NEVER enough money for Milja, she is quite greedy, as money makes her very happy.
She carries with her a tranquilizer light bowgun, for knocking out her targets, as well as carrying around vials that contain unstable "Beast Gene's" that she has made herself. They allow her to exceed normal physical limits of elves, though also tire her out immensely. Also got a healing potion and an IOU from a certain Rimuru_The_Slime. Here's hoping it works!
At home, she has a magical journal she can write into from any distance by thinking to open it and beginning to write in the air. This will one day be the Opus of All Beasts, but for now, its a journal to keep all her findings in.
..And yes, the poncho has nothing underneath it. Bare it up all day!
TLDR; Milja is a fantasy Cryptozoologist, who captures strange critters and puts em on show. Also, tastes like apples and cinnamon.
