Rishu_Tra

Background and Info: A species of mutant rat that makes up for his lack of size with intelligence and agility. The species hates being associated with sewer rats, which are actually a genetic subspecies gone horribly wrong, and they do what they can to avoid confusion. This includes keeping themselves well groomed and not eating meat. His species is also very technologically advanced, more so than the humans. The reason they haven't taken over is simple... CATS. They tried to wipe out humans in ancient Egypt, and were met by there natural enemy, which caused them to freeze in fear. As long as there are cats, they must stay in there underground cities. Tra is actually his clan name, not his last name. He comes from an underground society of people similar to him. His home base, located just outside of an underground city, has large quantities of machinery that serves multiple purposes. He has invented metal disks that can appear any where and at any size to take him directly to his underground home. His people worship mother nature, as well as elementals of all forms. He servers in the cities military as an engineer/infiltrator. A rat's job in the city is determined by there genetics, since the race has multiple genetically enhanced sub-species. His father was an engineer and his mother was an infiltrator. It is rare that two classes mate together, but when it does happen, the child is expected to learn both trades. With the threat of death always upon him, Rishu has developed a cloning facility at his base that releases a clone from a tank when a device in his head sends a signal after he dies. The device also constantly backs up his memory, so the new clone has the same memories as the previous one. Most people who seek him out want something to be repaired, but a few know that he is one of the best when it comes to gathering information.

Recently, Rishu was accepted into the Elder Council, a special council that makes the deciscions for the Tra clan. Each Elder must bond themselves to their inner elemental spirit, forever changing them. It is also considered their last life, so any revival is forbidden. Elders are not allowed to leave the Main city, so if someone wants to contact Rishu, they must meet with Decodic (Sensor_Device)) in the park, who can either relay a video message or take them to the city to meet Rishu personally.

But wait, there's more!:
After the threat of the infection, Rishu was forced out of retirement for a final mission. His genetic alterations were undone, and he is now just a normal rat man once again.

Traits and Personality: Rishu is about 1/2 a foot in height when standing on his back legs, and is currently 206 years old. He is always very curious, and prefers to manipulate things as much as he can without direct contact. Rishu is fine around creatures that don't appear hostile. If he detects something threatening, he will either try to get away, hide, or observe the threat from an unseen location. He does not like having a debt and will do what he can to repay someone, so that his clan is debt free. With such a large population in such a small space, the Tra clan is very big on loyalty towards companions. if Rishu befriends someone, he will do what he can to help them, even if it goes against his nature. With his intellect and small fingers, he can manipulate machinery. A;so, Rishu is naturally terrified of cats, though he can become friends with them, he has to get to know them first.

Events:
He currently works in a genetics laboratory owned by S_Gum, but he will also often take great interest in weaponry.

He has recently developed a device hat can sense all living things nearby, and with a trace of its DNA, it can give specifics on all of its genetic facts.

Thanks to a genetic sample from Crell, Rishu now has electrical powers! He is still learning, but like any genius, he is a quick learner. Unfortunately, using these powers too much can drive him insane, and they weaken him very quickly. He likes to use a sword to channel the electric energy into, making it deadly to touch. To most people, the blade is no bigger than a dagger, but he is still efficiently trained with it.

Rishu is currently the assisstant of Drobot and a servant of Portal MasterDark_Portal_Master This has also given his eyes an evillook and his mind must battle with chaos regularly.

Abillities: Very keen sense of smell, very technologically knowledgable, and his small size lets him go where others can't, carries a backpack with him that holds his more important tools. He now carries a sword, which works well with his new electrical abilities.

Weaknesses: He has a weakness for anything shiny, he can't satisfy his intense curiosity (a weakness caused by wanting to know everything), he is terribly afraid of cats in all forms.
