Alexandria Odem: Alex is a semi-famous resident of the city and one of the wealthiest women around. She used to be a pop star when she was younger but decided to retire to a more normal life. She lives in a modest apartment and keeps to herself, living simply. Unless you knew her from her past life she seems like a perfectly average girl. The only thing she doesn't do is work a job, she has enough wealth to simply relax and enjoy life.
Alita Recio: Alita is a girl who likes to hang around the bad girls around the city. Though she's actually fairly kind she likes to put on a bad girl act to show how cool she is. The one dark thing she really takes an interest in is sex. She just loves to let others slip into her pants with ease.

In her spare time she plays for a small orchestra she set up using her model funds. Ciara played the piano at the restaurant where Miliana and Magical_Mindy dined on the helpless waitress.
City Lifeguards: These ten girls bravely patrol the city's beach area to make sure everyone is doing alright. Unlike normal lifeguards there girls try to make sure no one is trying to kill off the beach goers. Since attractive women in swimsuits are prime targets for almost any predator they have to ensure those poor souls don't meet their doom from more than just the waves. On the job they are a bit more professional than the others in the city and refer to each other by the call signs Lambda One through Ten.The city lifeguards were almost turned into tofu by Tetsune to be fed to Magical_Mindy but the group managed to escape death simply because Mindy got full before they needed to be cooked.
Coordinator Kelly: She is one of the few people to work directly with the current rulers of the city. Kelly is always in constant contact with the city's mercenaries, artificial intelligences, and more. If something is happening anywhere, she is aware of it. Because of her need to constantly work she is the subject of a new drug that removes the need for any sleep at all but makes the user somewhat hyper active.
Desirae Florian: An alcoholic girl who loves to drink beer and booze until her gut swells up painfully tight. From drinking so heavily she's not that bright of a girl. Diamond did battle with Amira_ in the VR center but only wore a bikini. Because of this she was invincible as everyone knows the less armor covers the more it protects.
Emily the Entertainer: Emily is a talented girl who can play guitar, sing, and dance. Because of this she is usually found in the city's clubs and bars providing a nice show for paying customers.
Gina: Another daughter of a wealthy and very (re)productive woman, she's grown to follow in her footsteps. She plans to give birth to her own little corporate empire by literally birthing as many daughters as possible.Gina watched the T-Rex attack that slaughtered most of the security staff and a dozen innocent women from a stranger's apartment she managed to break into during the panic.
Poor Gina was almost roasted alive by Magical_Mindy but managed to escape just barely. Sadly most of the girls she was with perished due to Magical_Mindy's powers. She views this survival as just another sign she is meant to make a great corporate empire.

Kandy Sweet: An exotic dancer who travels from club to club for fresh clients, she is a selfish woman who isn't afraid to dispose of her competition. Unknown to most residents of the city, she is wanted in several countries over suspicions that was involved in the disappearances in over two dozen women.
Katrina Domm: A seemingly perpetually angry woman who tends to take out her frustrations on others.
Kaycee: A woman with an odd genetic mutation that has caused her to lose all pigment in her eyes, giving them a red look. Some people say she looks like a demon or vampire, but there's no way she could be. Could she?Kaycee witnessed Sashi eat the owner of the ice cream parlor she was at and silently watched in enjoyment. While she was there she ate some hormone laced sweets that increased her bust size slightly.
Lauren Lance: A proud woman who likes to defend her neighborhood by blowing away any predator foolish enough to try and sneak into her home and devour her family. Her living room is decorated in the skins and skulls of many of her prizes. Maid: She was a mermaid bred and kept in captivity at the zoo all her life. When she managed to finally escape down a water drain she had to come up with a new name from herself. Hearing people refer to her as a "Mermaid" she took "Maid" from that and from then on that's what she called herself. Now she likes to hang out at the beach and try to gobble up swimmers in revenge for being locked up most of her life.Maid ate a boy that ended up stabbing her in the belly from the inside. Luckily it wasn't quite enough to kill her, though now she has a decent sized scar.
Megan Sapphire: She's a girl with a decent sense of humor. When she accidentally got herself pregnant after a wild party she started joking about it to everyone. She lives alone in an apartment with her cat Mister Fluffers.
Mercenary Debra Deadeye: A pistol sharpshooter from Germany. She will get the job done even at her own expense.
Mercenary Hilda: The heavy weapons expert. She's the only girl on the team who can fire a fully automatic machine gun in her hands with reasonable accuracy.

Mercenary Julia: She's an arrogant woman who isn't afraid to show some skin during dangerous situations. 
Mercenary Sarah: A mechanic who works on the city's defense vehicles. She is very skilled and efficient in her work. However, her social skills are lacking.
Mercenary Zoey: She's a geek who has been forced into becoming a sellsword. All her life she has dreamed of putting down a zombie apocalypse and now she might even get to face something like that.
[R]LEX Mimi Chen: A student at one of the city's colleges. She plans on eradicating the rampant corruption and illiteracy plaguing the city. Because of this however many officials have their eyes on her.
Ming Pritchard: Despite being an attractive woman she's got a mean sting. Using her dark assets she likes to take care of unruly citizens by her own means.Ming has begun offering her services to clients in exchange for money or goods. She must warn her clients however that she tends to get more than a little messy with disposing of her unfortunate victims.

Nurses: Vicky, Courtney, and Sarah. Three helpful, but rather clumsy, nurses. They had their medical degrees and are rather intelligent girls, however they constantly trip over themselves and dress in inappropriate attire. 
Olivia Centril: She's a thick girl whose favorite past time is mooching off her friends to cook her all her meals and lazing about in the city's swimming pool.
Patchy: A reclusive librarian and geek, she hides in her books most of the day and only comes out to eat. When she does eat though, she eats a titanic quantity of food. Specifically sweets. Her personality is rather shy and socially awkward, preferring to avoid human contact entirely.Magical_Mindy trapped Peach in a cave surrounded by lava and a giant turtle in a bar during a drunken craze. After a few days the city security force managed to free her.
Peach is now the proud owner of the Mario themed club, "The Trip".
[Plot-Armour] Potionsmistress Kiki: Kiki is a enterprising young woman who has invented a fabulous line of products for use by the city's residents. She has both several carts that sell her products and a large store in the wealthy district of the city. She herself is very mischievous and has been known to test out new products on unwary buyers. Some of her products were captured by Sara_lina after she raided a bunnygirl brothel. Candy of Sexy_Survivors was taught potion making by Kiki and uses similar potions as well.
Her Potion Menu:
Red: A love potion that makes any drinker very aroused. A side effect is increased fertility in both men and women leading to higher sperm production and eggs.
Orange: A breast expansion potion. Depending on how much one drinks it can make a woman's breasts grow up to five times their original size.
Yellow: This is a weight gain potion. A few drops will make someone curvy. A sip with make them chubby. Half the bottle will make they very fat. The whole thing will immobilize them.
Green: An instant pregnancy potion. Anyone, regardless of gender, will be impregnated with 1-5 children at around 4-9 months of gestation instantly.
Blue: A water breathing potion. This allows the user to forgo the need to breath air for one hour. Very useful for exploring the city's ocean.
Indigo: An ass expansion potion. Anyone who drinks this will get a much larger butt.
Violet: Has a completely random effect. Not even Kiki knows how she made this one. It all happened after a drunken night of brewing, so she has no notes on it yet.
Animal potions: Kiki has a few potions labeled with pictures of animals. The drinker with transform into a demihuman, an anthro, or the feral animal depending on the amount swallowed.
Genderbender: A bright liquid that slowly shifts between blue and pink. It will change the drinker's gender to their opposite. Drinking only half the bottle produces a hermaphrodite.
Rei: An Evangelion cosplayer. She's an artist professionally, working on video game models and assets. Attending conventions in character helps to sell her games and get her a little self esteem boost as people ogle her generous chest.Magical_Mindy nearly killed Rei with a rope course over a flaming pit. Rei even fell almost into the flames when she grabbed a rope at the last second. She managed to escape, though very traumatized by the experience and bizarre sights the bunny's magic caused.
Ramen: This girl loves her noodles. She used to get kicked out of class when she was in school because she'd eat them in class. Now that she has more free time she spends it eating her favorite food. No one knows what she hasn't gained any weight from eating so much all the time.Ramen almost met her fate when she fell off of Magical_Mindy's Sakura balloon during a quest for nonexistant noodles atop the balloon. Luckily she managed to catch a dangling rope and held on until they had landed.
Smart Sluts: While not the most creative name available, the Smart Sluts are a large group of highly intelligent women, each working in a noble field and with an IQ at or above 140. They want to promote the idea that a woman can be intelligent and flaunt her body at the same time. They hold rallies about once a month where in place of bimbo-y giggles they discuss philosophy and popular scientific topics. Currently they have twenty five members, most of which are well known in the scientific community. Their names are Candra, Madelyn, Ruthann, Winifred, Gigi, Sharla, Shakita, Thalia, Cherry, Kymberly, Isela, Wanetta, Suzette, Hildegarde, Jen, Anastacia, Ai, Jaqueline, Cara, Kristy, Gracie, Etta, Lauren, Esta, and Joanna. After the recent death of the promisingly brilliant Ruki, the Smart Sluts have taken over the city's infrastructure design, helping to improve it greatly. Now accident related deaths are almost entirely gone from city life.
S.U.I.: Sui User Interface. She is a program created to help actually run the city and uses the image of the city's governess. In place of the governess' foolishness she is actually very intelligent. Due to the lack of a human body she must either use holograms or artificial bodies to get around the city and interact with its residents. Although she is always smiling, her personality is the polar opposite of Sui_Springfield's idiotic happiness, making her permanently depressed sounding.Among S.U.I.'s abilities is that she can coordinate traffic, order aerial deliveries of items, and direct the general population via billboards and her hologram projectors.
S.U.I.-C. Sui User Interface Combat derivative. The second city artificial intelligence that is used to coordinate combat among the mercenaries. Since her installation the mercenary fatality rate has been cut in half. S.U.I.-C. uses a prototype phyiscal hardware version of herself to fight in combat and wields a prototype laser.If the city's A.I. witnesses too many killings it will dispatch mercenaries and its automated defense force to eliminate the interloper(s).
Tina Softfur[R]: She's a neko wannabe who always wears her cat ears and tail without anything else but her collar. Her favorite past time is sleeping on the hoods of people's cars and chasing birds. Being a full human though, she's not very good at it and is generally just considered the eccentric of her neighborhood.
[Plot-Armour] Tori Bubblegum: Tori started up a small business in association with Kiki, a prominent potions vendor in the city, a few years ago that has blossomed into a large company. Changing her last name to Bubblegum, she now has a monopoly on all gum products in the city. Aside from the standard flavors, she has many interesting types of gum available at her business and at most convenience stores.Cinnamon: Allows the chewer to breathe fire.
Indigo Inflation: Inflates the chewer with every breath they take.
Mint: Cools down the chewer greatly and allows them to breathe frost.
Sour Apple: Turns the eater into living green gum, able to stretch greatly and survive traditional injuries.
Tropical Fruit: Enhances the consumer's assets greatly, regardless of gender.
Tori warns that if the gum is swallowed, the effects are increased ten fold.
[Plot-Armour] Trish Turner: A corrupt business woman who runs Turner Corporation. Trish herself is a rather cruel and profit focused woman. Over the years she and her workers have developed a line of interesting products, many of which would not be legal in other parts of the world. Turner Products:
Inflation Gun: A bright pink device that looks like a cross between a scifi blaster and a sex toy. It fires darts that painlessly inflate the area of the body they hit. Unfortunately this device has a catastrophic side effect. If it is over used the target will burst violently.
Gulper Eel Extract: A vile liquid that allows the drinker to stretch nearly twenty times as much as usual.
Goo Gun: Turns the targeted organic object (person or animal) into a pile of green glowing goo. Some say it tastes like green apple candy.
Micro Melons: Tiny watermelons that expand to full size after consumption.
Slime Pill: Turns the consumer of the pill into a slime person.
Turner Blueberries: Genetically engineered fruit that turn the eater into a giant blueberry until they pop into juice.
Turner Fertility Medicine: A cheap drug that allows females wishing to have kids get pregnant. Unfortunately in nearly half of all cases the mothers are impregnated with far too many offspring and pop before they can give birth.
Weight Loss Pill: Allows a person to rapidly shed weight. The downside is that is the person takes too much they will lose more than just body fat.
Vaporization Cannon: A largish rifle that instantly turns anyone that gets caught in its beam to dust.
[Plot-Armour] Vicky Turner: Half sister to Trish Turner, she helps to run the business and has been saddled with the responsibility of producing an heir. For her end of the company she makes stylish cars, boats and other vehicles residents may purchase.Available Vehicles:

Tank: A sixty ton combat vehicle, full armed and operational. Very popular amongst the insecure wealthy residents.
Waitress Judy: A kind woman who works as a waitress both a local family owned restaurant and a major chain. She does her best to help girls in need and has been known to shelter girls on the run from hungry or generally dangerous people.
Waitress Aki: She's a ditzy, clumsy girl who tends to drop every third order she carries out to her customers. The only reason she never gets fired is because she's not smart enough to know she's being ripped off by her low pay and she is attractive enough to draw in more customers.DECEASED
